Yes absolutely! You’ll just want to do your outline of the photo on a new layer and then you should be able to add another layer underneath your outline layer that is plain white or even transparent. After that you should be able to print it out on different things in order to use whatever medium you choose

Can I trace it real detailed and erase everything else & print the trace and do what I want? Like watercolor, pastels, or simple pencil sketch? Thanks
