I think she should get an Oscar, primarily for The Substance but also as an acknowledgement for her whole career. I'm really torn, because Pamela Anderson did hell of a job in The last Showgirl. Those are the two best perfomances of the year for me.
I agree. Although logistically I think The Last Showgirl came to the conversation too late in the year whereas The Substance has been resonating with audiences and critics since it's Cannes premiere in May.
I hope so but the last 15 minutes of The Substance made sure that the oscars will stay away from it. It's way too bonkers of a movie to get any oscar attention. Certainly for acting. Maybe it will get a best make up nomination. Just maybe.
She' had such a natural ability from the get go. I have always felt this is a true blue Artist and I'm so happy she's back and being celebrated in this way w/ THE SUBSTANCE...finally.
Demi was perfect casting for The Substance. So much of her career in the '90's was about her consciously using her body as an instrument to ask provocative questions in a very male-dominated industry,. The industry tried to discard her in the same way as she is in the film, and this role is such a powerful response to that.
I'm from India and I love Film independent organisation. The way they are supporting indie films and works , I wish in we had this kind of organisation in different film industries in India.. Also great conversation with Miss Moore..❤😊
Felt like it was about loneliness more than beauty, hence customer number 207. Elisabeth is trying to fill her soul hole that is lacking love with fame. When she finally accepts herself, she's called a freak.
Demi is such a beautiful human being.

DEMI!! She is just divine!! ❤❤❤❤
Demi spoke beautifully and is clearly a very bright and insightful person, as well as being a great actor. The moderator wasn’t great tho.
Nicely put. And the moderator is cringe-worthy for sure.
Lovely talk. Hoping she can make it.
she's inspiring AF

Pésimo entrevistador. No se preparó bien.
You're just a bigot. He was prepared and asked thoughtful questions.
