It makes sense tho', you know the girl in question is younger than 16-17, he would have said her age otherwise, and not just the word 'minor': someone who can legally consent and is considered to have sexual agency in most states and any other western country is not going to evoke the same visceral reaction in people as, let's say, a 13-14 yo would.

I was legitimate sad about this. Loved the character, was really entertaining and (being older) was more entertaining because he was also older. But man, what on earth was he thinking? I was under the impression that Dr. Disrespect cheated on his wife twice before this debacle erupted. I feel when you know you've done something wrong and want to take responsibility. There is no excuse in your mind even if you didn't know she was young. So if he said i didn't know she was young, it won't matter because you are still not taking full responsibility in what you've done and those you've hurt. If it had come out at the time it happened, then who knows if doc would've said straight away he didn't know. But he's replying to something that has been played years ago and is just coming out now where through the years he's been trying to rewrite it but has to just accept it. But if in fact he did not know, then it is vital to his case. And with twitch thinking this was ok and let it go, paying him out when it surely will resurface just doesn't make sense. Who knows

I always imagined Dr. Kid Inspect being played by Randy Marsh anyway.
The people who are still on Docs side are saying he may have tiptoed that line but never crossed it. They don't see him as a pdf file because there wasn't any actual intercourse that took place, and being inappropriate could mean making bad jokes or saying stupid things. Also, Twitch being silent on this and continuing to do so looks really bad. It only lends more credence to the theory that what the Doc did wasn't nearly as bad as people are saying. The fact is, we need to see chat logs and find out how Twitch found out about the messages. It doesn't look good for both sides at the moment. Doc should have never messaged a minor, and Twitch should have never kept it quiet.

That’s why I said we need to see the chat logs. Regardless, messaging a minor when you’re as big as Doc and 35, isn’t a good look. I have no idea what was said and that’s the problem.

Never understood the appeal of the doc when he was held favourably in the public eye, but certainly didn’t expect him to be THIS screwed up in his personal life.
