- If you are a beginner you can master the conjugation of Spanish verbs in just 20 minutes with this lesson. The conjugation of verbs in Spanish can be a bit confusing but there are in this video I will explain it to you in a simple and easy way. I will provide you with the three different conjugations that exist in Spanish in the present tense (i.e. verbs ending in ar, verbs ending in er and verbs ending in ir), I will remind you what the subject pronouns are in Spanish as well as interesting facts about the different uses they can have in Latin America and Spain. Additionally I will provide you with examples that will help you understand better how the conjugation works in the present indicative, and last but not least, at the end of the video I will share with you a list of some of the most common (and useful) regular verbs in Spanish for each one of the three different conjugations. This is the fourth episode of a new series of videos on my channel called "Vamos al Grano" which means let’s get to the point! In this new series of videos I will explain to you some key aspects of the Spanish grammar trying to address some of your questions. Everything explained in English so that you can understand better in case you are just starting to learn Spanish. The idea is provide you with a lot of examples in common contexts of our daily life so that you can start using what you learn here right away!
I hope you find this material useful. If you have any questions don't forget to leave them in the comments below.

Currently studying Spanish and I’m having a hard time with conjugation. Lucky me I found this channel 😊
You're the best Spanish verb teacher I've seen
This is the best, slow and careful Spanish instruction I have found. Lovely voice and not too much at once, giving time to practise. Excellent.
Thank you very much !This lesson was just what I’ve been searching for! Extremely helpful! God Bless!
You’re very welcome, it makes me happy to know that you’ve found it useful

I took a screenshot of the last part where you listed most used ar er and ir verbs. I’ll practice all of these. ❤ Thanks!!
This was unbelievably brilliant. I have never understood what conjugation meant just that my French teacher talked about it all the time, now I totally get it. Thank you very much
Thank you very much Craig, it makes me very happy to read your comment. I’m glad you’ve found my explanation useful. Saludos 👋🏼
I Just started learning Spanish 2days ago...this channel is fabulous...thanks a lot
Very clear and well done. Exactly the way I used to teach.
Me inscrevi hoje no seu canal, dia 30/09/2023, à 00:30 mais ou menos! Sou brasileiro e moro na cidade de São Bernardo do Campo, no Estado de São Paulo! ¡Mucho gusto hacer parte de tu canal en RUclips!
Hoy en día no LEO libros en papel. No obstante, LEO libros electrónicos en mi teléfono o en mi computadora portátil. 📚
This was really helpful to me.I was having some confusion in conjugation but after watching this video my doubt was clear. I am now ready for my conjugation test. Thankyou
Good and systematic approach for me as a beginner. Very practical list of regular verbs to start practising. Thanks.
Good channel for the beginners.
Not only beginners but those like me who need a refresher course since the in class instruction gives very little time to use/practice these present forms before moving on to the pretérito past and other tenses. Of course the University has to get the students in and out fast and some aren’t there to become fluent at all! ❤
¡Saludos Profesor! Empecemos
Pls could you make a lesson about how do they pronounce ll, y, g, z and the other letters in each place (like how do they pronounce them in Spain 🇪🇸) pls 🙏 you're the only online teacher i trust

Por ejemplo, vivo en Jordania. No obstante, mi mejor amigo vive en Canadá.
Thank you, you helped me 🙏
Mil gracias por este video. Pero hay una cosa que quiero deciros. El pronombre vosotros/as no solamente se usa en España sino tambien en Guinea Ecuatorial y Filipinas (a pesar de que nosotros los hispanobalantes solo formamos el 1 por ciento de la poblacion) donde el estandar es el castellano de la madre patria. Perdonad si no he puesto las tildes porque estoy usando un teclado ingles.
Great video indeed.
Gracias!
Was extremely great. Thank you.

great job
Are the other verbs ending in -er and -ir conjugated like those ending in -ar or is it different?
Thankyou so much!!
1000000x better than my Spanish teacher
What about the irregular verbs?
english conjugation
Great
Only of my teacher teaches me as well as youtubers do 😩😩
How do you tell if the verb is regular or irregular just by looking at it
🎉🎉🎉
I thought USTEDES is Second person plural because it is still a group opposite to me who I am addressing rather than a third person - a group I am talking about.
Yes, as I mentioned in another comment, Usted is grammatically classified as the third person singular but semantically it is used as the second person singular. The same thing happens with the plural Ustedes. They are classified in this way just for grammatical purposes, because they share the same conjugation with other pronouns. I hope it is a bit clearer now. I suppose I will get more comments like this :)
Use your Spanish I understand that part but I just think that just the fact that they share the same endings does not make it the same thing.
Quite difficult to get your head around, i wasnt the cleverest at school even my english at school wasnt great and thats my native language 😂. Im sure once you figure out all this spanish will be a lot easier to understand, i couldnt even tell you the nouns etc in english so its like being back at school. I will get there
I've been waiting!!
I hope you find it useful :)
Adesso è chiaro
Is Usted second person singular or third person singular as you wrote?
Usted is grammatically classified as the third person singular but semantically it is used as the second person singular. The same thing happens with the plural Ustedes. I hope it is clear :) saludos
Second person singular. The third person plural is "ustedes". Spanish is my native lenguage, by the way.
Is 2 person formal and 3 person is el and Ella. But they carry same verb forms
👌

Da noi è diverso per il singolare quando ci rivolgiamo ad un LEI SIGNORE VIENE DA…… usiamo la terza singolare ma loro la seconda singolare . Usted comes mi pare , forse .
Dear lord God help.
Que hago yo acá si soy hispanohablante? :/
O AS A AMOS AIS ANNN
Where is "it" in personal pronouns.
No neutral gender. I think so. May be wrong also
