    Workout #3 of yours on Sunday morning. I have NEVER had my heart rate get up to 209!!!! Holy cow! Super challenging and my arms are feeling it. Thank you so so much!!!

    wowieeeh, this was heavy! In fact the workout is more minutes, doing including the 10 sec "next" too. First did your other workout of this morning, then this one....thought better for my muscles😅😅😅 Thank you, have a beautiful day🥰

    Workout #2: Wow I did it... I always choose low impact so this was a challenge. I did break it up after 1st round I made my smoothie... Before this workout I did the other workout posted today which was fat burning cardio... Next I am going to do some strength training for the upper body...     According to my Samsung Watch 4 set to general workout mode I burned 270 calories...
