The interior design 🎩. The hustle 💪🏽. The vision 💪🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽excellent story, very inspiring!
Amazing video, A friend of mine referred me to a financial adviser sometime ago and we got to talking about investment and money. I started investing below the $100k mark and in the first 2 months, my portfolio was reading $234,800. Crazy right!, I decided to reinvest a huge percentage of my profit and it got more interesting.! For over a year we have been working together making consistent profit just bought my second home at the beginning of summer.
Hi. I’ve been forced to find additional sources of income as I got retrenched. I barely have time to continue trading and watch my investments since I had my second child. Do you think I should take a break for a while from the market and focus on other things or return whenever I have free time or is it a continuous process? Thanks
@@BrandonIvan-c6e However, if you do not have access to a professional like Clementina Abate Russo, quitting your job to focus on trading may not be the best approach. It is important to consider all options and seek guidance from reliable sources before making any major decisions. @@RyBiggs Good research. You are right to always verify. Some of the things said in this video, seems a little unbelievable. Example: Darrel said he built the first treehouse in only 55 days (@ 10:02 minute)with only one other guy working with him. I have been working in all phases of construction for 50 years (oh my God, time flies) and I find that claim hard to believe. Did he have to cut every corner in the book to do so? There are other claims that are hard to believe... but who really knows but them.

What a fabulous couple! They work so well together and are working hard and have great vision. It was a pleasure meeting them! I wish them success in NY!
I know it took a while for this couple to get where they are, but now they're so impressive that it seems that they would be successful no matter what they tried.
What this does not go over is the how they handled zoning. In many jurisdictions your city and/or county would not allow an individual to rent out these type of structures easily. Primarily this is because certain lots have restrictions. So they either A. lived in a lot that allowed multiple units to be built or B applied for an exemption. or C, never disclosed them as future rentals.
I personally think they never disclosed their future rentals to the city. Because zoning is a nightmare. They said in the beginning that they bought the house for themselves on a large plot of land. The odds of them living in a suburban neighborhood that allows multiple units to be built on their land is low. And now that I think of it - when you build anything you need permits as well. Based on their construction prices - they never hired a licensed contractor. So, through ingenuity they have a nice income stream until the city discovers them and starts fining them for multiple permit violations and zoning violations.
Yeah… the first thing I thought was - permits and zoning 😅 to build a tiny house within a month, sounds impossible to me… we are doing rehabs and permits are the nightmares.. and to find good licensed contractors in this market is even harder 😬
They also never discussed any of the backend stuff, like plumbing, electrical, etc. All of these would either need septic systems (they look more rural based - not in the city, so no easy access to city sewer hookups, and they would have to have a huge septic system on site if they are all feeding into one if they are all being used at 100% occupancy. They said the one cost them $16,000, even DIY that doesn't even seem possible once you factor in those kind of costs.

They are a dynamic duo for sure
Best life business story ever ❤
They poured nothing but love into every stage of this and they 100% deserve the wins ❤
Nice couple with excellent focus and vision… Great video. How large is the land where they built all the units?
Do they use communal shower/bathroom for everyone on site? That would be really a turn off for me. If I had to pay more than $150 a night to stay at any of these, I would expect to have a private bathroom/shower. Even janky hotels have it for that price. Experience is not that unique to go without basic hygiene facilities.
What a great episode - this couple is incredibly impressive. Thanks for showing us all of these unique properties and sharing their stories ❤️
They are super impressive. It makes me want to buy a farm or huge space! But i don't get why people would want to rent a space with no kitchen or toilet shower? where do they do in the middle of the night?
These spaces are so well thought out and beautifully executed!
Thanks for watching and showing

They did and excellent job. I wish they would put a book out on step by step of what you need to do if you had land to build on.
if you look at the Tree house rental. It's only going for $271.00 not the $500-$600. and they barely have 3-4 bookings per month..... or less.
Smoke and mirrors. This is more of advertising for their property then bragging about their income.
Love this video!!! So inspiring to see how people can get creative and end up making such a lucrative business from it!!
They have a great sense of style and save a lot of money with the DIY courage. Great video!
How do people stay in those spaces with no kitchen and no bathroom? If they have 7 units and make 700k a year, each place has to make 10k/month. I don't see how that's possible. What am I missing?
I think you are NOT missing the probable truth. Looks to me like a lot of BS is being presented.
Awesome Empire they are building. Shelby, thanks for capturing this.
