This song is SO them, god. Divorced bitter exes who can't move on and are still overcome by grief. I love how you can make the lyrics fit perfectly to every scene, it's just marvelous.
I think "Water Under the Bridge" is more them, but this works too. (In a more tragic way)
It didn't occur to me until your video, that it was always Rio who went to Agatha, in the end, Agatha finally went to Rio. 😢
I fully believe Rio raised Nicky and didn't tell Agatha BECAUSE SHE COULDN'T FIND HER. When she finally does find her, she's full of the same bitter resentment Agatha is and she never tells her in the end
@ I like your theory very much. However, Nicholas Scratch is very bad in comics which would break Agatha’s heart in MCU. Love to see the twist of Rio raising Nicky up though. I’m still hoping that Agatha and Rio could have a better future together.
@@llt2240 I know he's bad in the comics, but that's why I also kind of think it works here. Death is chaotic neutral, but her chaos is CHAOS. I think it stands to reason that a child she raised might be a little unhinged. I also think it'll make Agatha a more tragic character and complete her arc when she has to defeat him.
@@juonithzramos1089 Is she truly chaotic by nature or does her love for Agatha and their situation make her chaotic. She behaves fairly lawfully in how she performs her job. Aubrey gives great chaotic so they might have encouraged that aspect of the character. From interviews, Jac implied a lot of that was mainly how she was around Agatha. Craaazzzy in Love.
I feel so sorry for Rio 😭, it's beyond words. She always tried to do everything in her power for Agatha, and Agatha didn't even try to understand her, because personally I don't see any fault on Rio's part in what happened to THEIR son.
Well, she is what happened to Nicky, I don't blame Agatha, she just hurts too much and it's good at holding a grudge, also she's trying to run away from her own death. But yeah, Rio had it rough, she wasn't happy to take Nicky, and even tho she seemed very eager to clame Agatha, in the end I think she would much rather it was Billy she had got.
The song choice paired with them is my Roman empire. So beautifully done.
