How early can I submit the waiver? Do we have to wait till we have the interview, or can I go ahead and submit if I just sent out the i130?
The 601a waiver is filed after the I-130 is approved and the visa fee is paid with the National Visa Center

What about couples that do not have kids? We only have our dog that is like our child. What if my income covers all expenses and i have like 3,000$ extra for savings? I only have seasonal allergies and i use therapy by choice, not detected. My wife helps me by doing house chores and i focus on work to improve on career and build famnmily with my wife.
Do i have to included the income of my illegal spouse in the tax papers at end of year?

Very interesting video. How long does the letter need to be? can it be more than 2 pages?
The letter needs to be as long as it takes for you to show the hardship. There is no page limit but you want to really hit the main points
