From all teachers sitting in silence I like Susanne the most. Her presence calms me down immediately, there is sth clean, alert, magnetic and intangible about it 💚
there is such a shame involved with telling wants and desires, sharing yourself in this way. I have recently opened up and it is scary. I cannot control how it will be received. so i get into catastrophic thinking or lifting myself up in unhealthy ways
This was a great episode. I relate to her a lot, having went into neuro just to “solve myself”. Personally I made a mistake doing that. I wish I knew better, but at the time my body was damaged.
Haha, performative, yes ma'am. Same. Not sustainable, and so painful. I've been so angry at so many people who took advantage of me. I let them know about it, and it was long overdue. Damn.
🧡🙏 thank you so much for these beautiful discussions, this stunning space. tears came once the video ended .... there was such tenderness being expressed between beings, especially at the end, a kind of poignant ache arose. also, it triggered a grief at how absent the world seems to be of these types of raw, genuine communications and how much longing for that type of connection is felt I SO appreciate being able to share in these
You're right Suzanne! The whole practice of meditation is Being. Where. You. Are. That's why it's so special. You concentrate on what is around you, then, you become a Buddha!!!!
Lady says she was emotionally neglected...my friend, women have no understanding of such a thing. Men are mentally neglected, heck they are bankrupt. Though in the end neither man nor woman actually exist, but with in terms of the dreams framework or the human character framework, women constantly are flooded with attention and they have no issue getting it.
Two monks were out walking when they came to a large stream crossing their path. A girl standing at the banks of the stream asked the monks for help crossing as she did not want to get wet. One of the monks agreed and carried her across the stream so she did not get wet. After walking in silence again for another hour or so, the other monk began to speak. "Do you know what you have done? We gave vows to never touch a woman. What do you have to say for yourself?" Then the monk who carried the girl replied, "I put her down and left her back at the stream over an hour ago. Yet you still carry her." I hope you see what this story points to.
Don’t forget to work through your trauma’s around social experiences as well! If there’s still emotions of anger, frustration, sadness, you know there’s still work to be done. If there is mental clarity and emotional stillness you are where Suzanne is
Beautiful, thank you. 💛🤗
Had to say that your videos are a pleasure to watch. You always put a smile on my face.

Yes, just telling what is in me cannot be told to everyone. Sometimes I take the risk. It can help people to open up themselved
