For the caliper pins, I was taught the pin with the rubber bushing is always the trailing pin. Putting it at the top would make it the leading pin as the wheel moves forward. Are you sure it should go at the top?
I tried this but I just need to get the stud onto the hub n that’s it but the bolts are giving me hell I’m guessing that u have to remove the hub nut then try taking them off?
What do you call the little washer that sits between the hub and axle i cannot find a replacement and mine were pretty rusty new assembly didn't come with any
I never understood why other techs always take the caliper and then the bracket off when you can just take the bracket off and save yourself a step and second why would you compress the caliper after you loosened it

Good video. Clear explaining. This will help me greatly with my 2012 200s. 196k and doing well
Thanks for calling out the torque specs, super helpful.

Thanks for the video, saved me a good amount of time!
What do you recommend as a brake lubricant to prevent the breaks from squealing?

Maybe they put new brake pads on but forget to tell us.
I cheated, supported the caliper and bracket instead of taking it off the bracket lol much less time consuming
What happens if you don’t torque your bolts ?
Two ugga duggas will be ok on this. Three on the axle nut.
I never torque mine lol I just do it. I even have a tq wrenchlol
Just tighten as tight as you can with a good wrench you'll be fine I never torgue done either
