Every COD has it's best LMG For Ghosts, it's the M27-IAR. Fastest reload speeds in the whole LMG class, at roughly 5 seconds, and comparing with the other LMGs which take 8 seconds to reload, that's saying something. And with Sleight Of Hand, the M27 reloads in record time.
I see his point behind his class build, but that's just not me. this is what I use HAMR+ Primary gunfighter = Foregrip, Quickdraw, and Adjust stock Assault shield Flak Jacket Toughness Dexterity Claymore This for me is a good camping build and a offensive tank build
I know this is 2 years old but the grip doesn't work in bo2 and even with the 10% reduction in range the suppressed will reduce muzzle flash and make your shots more silent and off the radar
Agreed. The foregrip reduces sight recenter by 2% and is essentially worthless. You could stack with an acog for 5% but the effect is still negligible.
I wish you'd mentioned the quirk with the Hybrid Scope allowing you to constantly fire at 940 RPM by switching zoom levels while firing, but otherwise this was superbly done as usual :D

The use for scavenger comes with the fact that your recoil reduces after 7 shots, meaning at longer ranges you're more likely to have sustained fire, which in turn means using more ammunition. Scavenger lets you replenish if you go on longer streaks this way.
Looking back on this its not a bad build at all lol. Id get rid of dexterity though and put on two attachments like quickdraw to help the awful ads and suppressor to stay hidden off radar too

I loved the f2000 in that game, but it was really only suited towards maps such as Sub Base or similarly sized maps with lots of cover. It was actually the fourth gun I got mastery for. You're right about the skill gap, by the way. At least in my opinion.

I play Hardcore almost exclusively, and the balance of weapons is very different there -- weapons that are weak in Core get to shine much more in Hardcore, while weapons that are strong in Core still work just fine, but aren't dominant. The SCAR is a top pick in Hardcore, having a one-shot kill out to a considerable range alongside all the usual likeable traits of an assault rifle, so it's no surprise that the HAMR performs well too. But it's only in Hardcore that the HAMR's unique function -- that fast, inaccurate burst of 7 followed by slower, more accurate shots afterwards -- really shows how great it is. Those first 7 come out at the same firerate as many of the SMGs (940 rpm), and about the same accuracy, while the following shots fire pretty similarly to the SCAR. You can continuous fire for long-range accuracy, or pulse the trigger to keep getting that SMG-like speed, with higher damage output. Throw a Stock on there (essential for Hardcore and especially for LMGs), and you've got a really formidable weapon. Throw FMJ on there and you can take down those pesky Stealth Choppers real quick too. EDIT: Also, pair it with a pistol (Tac 45 is reliable, Five-seveN is easier to spray, B23R is unorthodox but still good, KAP-40 is the easiest to use for this, Executioner is a little too niche for this but it might work for you) for when your ammo runs out, or a launcher for maximum equipment/scorestreak destruction, finished off with either EMP Grenade or Black Hat. Perks up to you, but I highly recommend Engineer with that equipment and/or launcher, and Cold Blooded will help you win those long-range gunfights while Scavenger helps if the enemy is REALLY going all-out with placed equipment/scorestreaks you need to hack/destroy.

The reason they look the same is because the HAMR *IS* the SCAR. It just has some modifications. The HAMR is similar to the SCAR Mk 16 (SCAR-L) Long Barrel, but is modified for use as a weapon with sustained-fire capabilities.
Recommendations? If you are by no means a "good" player, I suggest: UAV, Hunter Killer Drone and Counter UAV. If you still want to get good streaks: UAV, Hunter Killer Drone and Care Package. If you are "pro" I suggest, for objective defense: Lightning Strike, Stealth Chopper and V-Sat. For a close and personal one: V-sat, Warthog and K9 unit. The first two are easier and "refills" faster. When you get the Chopper camp until you get the V-Sat. The Warthog will push everyone inside buildings.

I'd love to see some quad feeds with these pistols on Core on maps other than Nuketown. The B23R and KAP-40 were recently nerfed, and Dual Wield for both was also nerfed, so I guess Treyarch agreed with you there. The Five-seveN may have high capacity and accuracy, but it has tiny range and damage. The Tac 45 has more power, but less capacity and accuracy, and also has limited range. Both are really only effective up-close. Getting a quad feed with either singlehandedly would be quite a feat.
Perks are an integral part of the multiplayer. While they can potentially be controversial, they help define your loadout to its specific goal. I'm not a fan of the overcomplication and excess equipment that CoD adds nowadays, but perks should definitely stay.
There's reasons for the balance of that game. The only gun change they were able to make before Activision dismantled Infinity Ward was the 1887 nerf. Given the lack of time they had to make fixes as well as the system they had in place, it could have been a very diverse game. Aside from the MG4 and WA2000, there wasn't really anything in that game that couldn't be used to great success, even if other people were using quote-unquote OP'd guns.

The m27 is more of an adaptable iar. Basically, you can switch out parts of it to play a different role such as support or assault.

Just discovered that Molon Labe industries is coming out with a new line of SCAR magazines, with 5, 10, 20,and 25 round versions available.

I'd love to see some quad feeds with these pistols on Core on maps other than Nuketown.
The B23R and KAP-40 were recently nerfed, and Dual Wield for both was also nerfed, so I guess Treyarch agreed with you there.
The Five-seveN may have high capacity and accuracy, but it has tiny range and damage. The Tac 45 has more power, but less capacity and accuracy, and also has limited range. Both are really only effective up-close. Getting a quad feed with either singlehandedly would be quite a feat.

Perks are an integral part of the multiplayer. While they can potentially be controversial, they help define your loadout to its specific goal. I'm not a fan of the overcomplication and excess equipment that CoD adds nowadays, but perks should definitely stay.
There's reasons for the balance of that game. The only gun change they were able to make before Activision dismantled Infinity Ward was the 1887 nerf. Given the lack of time they had to make fixes as well as the system they had in place, it could have been a very diverse game. Aside from the MG4 and WA2000, there wasn't really anything in that game that couldn't be used to great success, even if other people were using quote-unquote OP'd guns.
