After 10 years of inactivity exploring being gay and immersing self into nonduality and being depressed. Active now at church and its so much better.

I have struggled with both anxiety and depression to varying degrees since I was a kid, and this video gave me some great things to think about!

    Brother Townsend,
Do our spirits have ages? When i was thinking about this question as you were talking, I immediately thought of the hymn, "Rock of Ages." It just kind of popped into my mind, probably because I'm just familiar with the hymn, and my question and thought of the hymn had similarities.

Oh my goodness, I can't believe you are talking about the Ten Boom sisters. I just learned about them last week. Such amazing sisters. It's sad that Betsy's sister died in the camp. I thought it was really neat that Betsy had a dream that she would be free and her freedom was by "accident". ❤
