Meditation for Erectile Dysfunction and Sexual Health Challenges 🍆🍌🍄

  • This 14-minute pelvic floor meditation is for people with sexual health challenges such as erectile dysfunction. It may also be helpful for premature ejaculation and low libido. This meditation will help you: relax your mind and body... improve blood flow throughout your entire body (with a focus on the pelvic area)... visualize strength and healing... and remember the importance of accepting yourself RIGHT NOW, even with sexual health challenges. The only way out is THROUGH, and by accepting and loving your body anyway, no matter what challenges you're experiencing at the moment, you'll be one step closer to healing.

    You might think, “is this for real?” But try it, and see for yourself! Meditation and guided visualization is one of the best things you can do to calm the body, improve blood flow, and help with sexual health issues (especially psychogenic ED). This can also be used for premature ejaculation and may be helpful for hard flaccid as well. See the video description for more links and resources. You’ve got this!!! 💪🔥

    Giod morning ive just tried this for the first time. Either its psychological ed or the blood flow problem. I did the mediation and it felt so good that i could feel every bit ofbmy blood coursing through my body and the downstairs department. After the session i stretched and felt emotional. Shed a tear of joy knowing it felt so good. What my sexual health to come back for me and more so for my beautiful girlfriend who i love so dear. Im taking black ginger supplements to help with my blood flow and gain my manhood back. Thank you for sharing your beautiful video. Have a blessed day.❤

    LOL, until recently I hadn't realized that Mario updated his favorite way to tackle ED and it's a relief! Although what he previously suggested was pretty good, it was a real pain to follow... I just go'ogled the latest in Volpstein's Erections at Will, it's so much simpler and potent now!

    I don't know i think am so late now I feel ma lonely I don't have confidence when I go for sex I feel low confidence and didn't feel eraction,now before 8 months am in depression 😢 anxiety I feel nobody with me am one and only on this whole earth 🌍 what I do I don't understand sometimes I think sucide 😢
