    a bit disappointing... sir, you missed a lot, most importantly: native allies (or rather non-Inka-natives who had their own plans, like the Cañari, like the Chachapoyas, like the Huancas... etc...), knowledge about native weapons ("stone" is a terrible term. Many of them and many minerals are harder, tougher and sharper than iron or steel. Besides that, they had very sophisticated metal weapons), "critical analyses of the sources" (what happened at Cajamarca for example is completely unknown. One thing is for sure though: the "Jared Diamond" version of the story never happend. And no... they Inca soldiers weren't "too tiered"...)
