It shows that people are happy, honored, and serious about making the Freedom Factory work out! Hell yeah, brother! :)

Oh my God. I found this channel just now from a striping video 5 years ago and ive wanted to watch the freedom factory be repaired since I've heard about it. This video feels like a gift
I'm so glad you are taking care of the Freedom Factory! Your perfection and knowledge is a great thing and be proud of it. Although you will be kept busy repairing the grass lol. You have made that old track beautiful
Cleetus should link to this video. I and probably many others have no idea how much work Cleetus has you put in to keep the Freedom Factory looking so good.
I'm an owner of a super high-end residential lawn company in WA. Every homeowner that takes care of their own lawn should follow this channel. He does a great job of simplifying the processes👍
Just fired senske in Eastern Washington. They did my blow out last year and went to start them this year my backflow preventer has been busted and the cap lifted from freezing. Been paying them 2 years and my do it yourself neighbor has a better lawn I've been taking his advice. Let's hops it works...sorry for the long story.
Hell ya brother! I just found Cletus McFarland on YT about the time you started on this prep timeline. Have only watched some early videos of the track transformation. Absolutely amazing effort and transformation in a year. Nice surprise to see this video and your involvement in the Freedom Factory. Great work and great video!
Total respect to you, Sir ! All that hard work and then you see all those cars sliding all over that great turf! Like you say, though, it’s all there for safety! Great videos/content - I’m a newbie re: lawn care and your videos help A LOT and are top notch! Thanks for all you do - keep dominating the neighbour! Respect! 👊🏻👍🏻

Much respect for you building your relationship with Cleetus. I've been a follower of yours since you got to try out that 1 bigass mower from a company and didn't like it so you were just gonna get rid of it. And separately I was a follower of Garrett as well. It was super cool to find out you were gonna come take care of the lawn needs of the Freedom Factory and I knew Cleetus was in for top notch lawncare. I look forward to you guys working together for a long time and keeping the FF looking like a million bucks.
Wow! Thanks Allyn for the feature! It's true though, the Flagship fert is LEGIT! That slow release is awesome! Never thought I'd make it in an LCN video, so truly a blessing sir. Thank you!
First thing I noticed the day of the race was how great that Provista St. Augustine looked. I wouldn't have even known what that was without your help!!. Looking beautiful.

Awesome work. The grass looks great! You’re a wonderful person, devoting your time is very graceful of you. Thank you for your support for our friends!
Thanks for sharing. Many people don’t realize exactly how much work goes into making that grass nice. I’m glad you’re on the freedom factory team , taking care of it.

Wow...I was just down in your area of Florida for vacation and I’ve got to say that I have a new respect for your lawn. I guess that means to say sorry for called your beautiful St Aug crab grass. 95% of the lawns down in your area are more of a pile of weeds than a lawn. I also have a new appreciation for the have work that you have to put in YEAR AROUND vs us cool season guys would get the easy reset button (winter). Thanks for the great HIGH QUALITY videos. God bless, IceMan

Great attitude and attention to detail, the freedom factory grass is looking awesome, thank you for your time with this project! Also, love my toro mowers.
I found out about you when you started on the freedom factory. I’ve watched a good amount of your videos since and it has inspired me to take the steps to make my yard better. My new dethatcher comes tomorrow and I can’t wait for the yard to dry out to use it. (It’s been raining). I also bought a yard leveling rake and plan to get rid of the dips in my yard and level it out. My back yards fence and I have a big dog that CONSTANTLY walks the perimeter of the fence so the grounds packed and hard to keep grass alive. Still trying to figure out how to make that better.
Very good job with the freedom factory great turn around. Always look forward to seeing how the lawn there is. I actually found Cleetus through watching your videos (I feel that is not the usual way to discover Cleetus) and now watch almost every one and of course every one of yours to see how your lawn is going and if there are any new tips. I am so glad you are helping Cleet with the care of the grass. I live in the candy cane Christmas area in my city here in south Texas. In the evenings the amount of foot and car traffic from the weekend after Thanksgiving to Christmas is crazy. We also have a Christmas festival one weekend during that time. Since the homes are highly decorated we tend to over flow sidewalks and people want photos with some of the decorations. I have 5 mesquite trees in my yard which are wrapped in lights. Two of them have become photo ops and end up with trampled grass paths. So many houses have gone to roping off paths to minimize the damage to a smaller area. Do you have tips for prepping the grass for a faster recovery after an event like that?
Allen, thanks so much for the BEST advice for caring for my centipede/weed yard here in SE NC (coast):. Mowing twice a week with a clipping catcher!! Yay!! Weed seed are good ne and the grass looks fantastic!

Hopefully, praying was not mandatory :P... My problem is that my contractor soil is less than crappiest soil one could get. Having mature oak trees with close to the surface and very dense but fine roots make it really hard to get established for the St. Augustine.

For example, I have a farm supply store in my town that sells a 50lb bag of 0-0-46. It seems like that fert followed by a light coat of milo or carbon pro g would be a good start in the spring. I put down a triple 13 mix the last week of March that got me a half pound of NPK each and after my scalp, everything is greening up nicely.
you need a little less K than N. somewhere around 1/2LB/1000 of K will be plenty for an application. If you apply along with Milo or Carbon Pro G you will get VERY good results
