At the last round they asked me for my Passport, Covid status and qualification document status. They told us they will contact within 1 week, I don't know I'll get selected.
@Asif Ziya Hi, they are mostly looking for your basic communication skills. So if you can speak very well and have satisfactory body language and presence of mind they will consider. I got selected because the HR noticed and complimented my smile. Good luck.
@Asif Ziya they do take eligibility criteria seriously, during training they keep me at hotel for Customer service dept. I don't know for other depts. Salary somewhere around that. I had some customer dealing experience so that may be an added factor for my selection too.

Yesterday i went for the Interview at lemon tree hotel port Blair..for AOCS in indigo airlines...and waiting for their call ... hoping for the best to happen 😊
@@riteshkumarmishra2644 Yes, I had went for an interview that day. And I was shocked to see that around 500 to 600 candidates had come for the walk in interview. Even then they did not tell us anything about the number of vacancies, only that HR came from Kolkata, he did the briefing and told about the post and salary but did not tell how many vacancies are there. Our first round was kind of group discussion and self introductory part in which HR asked this question "why should we hire you for our Airline"? i gave a strong answer for the question which impressed him and I got selected for the second round then after 3 hours my turn came for the second round and I was asked to go upstairs there was a room in which the interview panel was sitting. There were three members in the panel two are ladies and one gents, the moment I entered the room I wished them respectfully then they asked to take my seat and then i sat they asked me to introduce myself and asked why u choose this aviation industry accordingly I replied and from their face I can easily understand that they liked my response it was an interview of 10-15 minutes. after that they said they will gonna call me once the entire interview process will conclude. I left the room with a happy face and an optimistic hope in myself that I will definitely get selected and too my surprise after 4-5 days I received an email regarding the verification of my documents they asked me to send all my Details educational qualification police verification certificates bank passbook front page and some other necessary documents accordingly I sent all this things to them in the prescribed format and eagerly waited for their response that they will gonna call me after two three days saying that I got selected and now I have to undergo some training. Days passed I waited and waited and like this a month passed. After that, there was an exam for another job vacancy and I was going to give that exam then I met a junior of my college who also came to give the interview that day and told me that indigo organisation had already selected the candidates since long. And hearing this made me so shocked that I totally got upset and couldn't able to concentrate for the exam 😔 he gave me the contact of HR and after the exam I called him and to my surprise he said we had only 6-7 vacancies and for that we already selected the candidate which means they selected only those experienced candidate those who are the ex staff of other airlines just in order to reduce their training cost. and he said if in future there is requirements of staff then they will gonna call me. I just cut the phone. It is strange that this organisation did not tell the number of vacancies first and even if for 6-7 vacancies they want experienced candidates then why they conducted this big interview calling 500-600 candidates just for wasting their time.
