"Invisible cone" means isobaric implementation? I hear the description of the sandwich construction being used as a kind of reflex port loading design, somehow being interpreted as a subwoofer, I am not sure if that all makes sense to me...
What measurement set up was used in the small room ,distance apart sitting distance , how far into the room . Small in the uk means small . Nice review thanks
Thank you- let me find the exact measurements. I can’t remember. I’ll get in touch with Sam. He’ll have a better idea because I definitely want to answer your question by the way these sound great in a small room.
I'm so jealous. I have a pair in black. These are the color I wanted, the previous importer wouldn't special order the color for me. Love the speakers, hate the previous distributor. These speakers really disappear.
John - great question regarding my phono stage what you saw was the 2800 that I’m reviewing I own the 2600. It’s funny I was doing a comparison this afternoon. I’d say they’re equal with the 2800 only the 2600 PS Audio sounds better - using the 2600
I believe Adrian mentioned his room is 22' x 15' (ref. large room) and Sam's room was stated to be 12' x 15' (ref. small room). I didn't catch if they mentioned ceiling heights.
Nice review. I like the back and forth conversational tone
Dude, as always, great review!
Jason - Thank you, Brother!
I have the Classic 20. Excellent sound
Awesome review! Thanks for sharing.

The speakers are Wonderful. Your system matching brought out the best in them. Brovo!!!

Appreciated Sam's contribution, bring him back again. Your co-presentation really fleshed out the review.

just cover it with foil in the color you want
Where are u located? I have a pair in anthracite.
How did these speakers do at late night listening volumes?
Very well, I was very surprised on how well they image and you don’t have to turn them up that loud. Thanks for the question.
How does your Ps Audio Stellar compare sonically with the internal phono section of your Macintosh 2600?

Add a pair of small Rels 😊
I have 2. 18in and 16x35 ft room. I needed a little more than a small 2way can give. Even exotic ones.
Can I use it at a listening distance of 2 meters?
I don’t see why you couldn’t actually think it would sound very good as that just the listing space that you have
There is a port. It's located at the bottom of the speaker, hence the pedestal.
My bad thanks for the update
Some definition/measurements of small vs medium/larger room would have helped

Sounds like somewhat of a bargain for what you get.
I think it’s a great bargain very good sounding speakers
You know you an audiophile: If you bought a Range Rover to get that Meridian Sound System. ROTFL!
