- This first episode of the Beginner Ukulele Series where I break down a collection of songs and teach you how to build good practice habits and how to learn new songs. In this video you will learn how to play "Chasing Cars" by Snow Patrol.
We changed the key of this tune to make it a bit easier. The original key is in A Major and this version is in C Major.

Thank you for doing this tutorial with a metronome. I never know how to incorporate a metronome into practicing my ululele. I am always trying to find someone who can explain how it corresponds to the particular strum patterns of songs, but I am always left confused. I want to be able to play songs in the right timing consistently...and I know a metronome is what I need to use, but if I don't know how to use it in relation to the strum patterns...having it is not helpful. So thank you.
