Looks like Sheffield United need their biggest rebuild in history. Could go either way. Owners release funds and they build big or there are limited funds predominantly relying on their young players which could ensure a bottom half finish.

If Norwich sell Adam Idah to Celtic for £6M in this window, then sporting director Ben Knapper needs to get sacked. £10M minimum + at least £2M add-ons. Anything less would be playing soft ball.

If Idah was already a Celtic player and with the record he has with them so far, they would hold out for a fee of £ 10-12M minimum if they would sell him to an English club. The negotiation power is with Norwich in this case, so make use of it.
