While you're in Manila, I highly recommend checking out what might possibly be Asia's grandest buffet - the *Spiral Buffet Restaurant* at Sofitel. This is no ordinary buffet. It's high end stuff so it's a bit pricey, but it's basically got anything you'd ever want in a buffet. Both Mark Weins and Mike Chen (Strictly Dumpling) went here and loved it. Since you're going to Boracay, people might tell you to go to *El Nido* or *Puerto Princesa* in *Palawan* as well, but I would recommend going to *Coron* instead. It's about a couple of islands away from Boracay and the place is magnificent. And if you have time, you can also check out the other islands as well since it's not that far off. But *Coron* has it all, good locals, good vibes, good food, good islands, good beaches, good scenery, good drone shots, good activities, and most importantly, good diving as it has the clearest waters in all of Asia if not possibly the world. If you book an island tour and you most likely end up with a group, they might prepare for you a *Boodle Fight* feast. Maybe you can inquire about it before making a tour. Highly recommended if you really wanna experience true Filipino style eating - camaraderie and fellowship. Already looking forward to where you guys end up in your upcoming videos. Safe travels!

True electricity is expensive, specially in the Philippines. But most of these establishments, specially SM Malls, they use solar power energy as part of its commitment to sustainability. The mall chain is sourcing 68% of its energy from renewable sources.

If you are heading to Tagaytay please include in your journey the heritage town of Taal because its near it. Its like transporting you back in the 16th century during the spanish colonization era for the entire town was preserved in time like the way it is back then. Its also home to the largest church in asia and there are lots of shops, restaurants and youll see horse drawn carriages we called kalesas in its streets

Since u're a Pescatarian u could eat Palabok in Jollibee, just tell the crew upon order, to remove pork rinds & separate the sliced boiled egg coz he can eat it. Palabok is mostly seafood based. U got the noodles & shrimp, ground smoked fish left with it's sauce but don't forget to squeeze the Calamansi(small lime) and mixed it properly. I used to be Pescatarian so I've think of ways, now im becoming Vegetarian. BTW, Shakeys, Burger King, Army Navy have some vegetarian meals in them too. Shakeys also have Pescatarian pizza like those with shrimps & anchovies.
@@velky_reeds I feel u when he was eating the chicken & burger haha, so I thought u could eat too while he is devouring his meats by Jollibee. During Lenten season, most fastfood here offers fish sandwiches, fish & chips, tuna based etc since that's a religious tradition that u shouldn't eat meat during holy week but I hope it goes all yr round for Pescatarians & with health issues too, coz I love those so much specially fish & chips😭.

Welcome to our country and happy holidays! Aside from Boracay, you can also take a trip to Coron and El Nido which are located in the Province of Palawan. Also a good getaway place is Siargao Island, the surfing capital of our country located in the Province of Surigao Del Norte.
The Malls are really going for it, impressive Christmas decoration all over Metro Manila I've seen others as well😁😁Great Vlog 👍Why are you guys eating in the car though, you are already in the mall area in this video, should checkout the interior & exterior Bay area of SM Mall of Asia, w/dedicated car park👍 I don't really see this kind of malls in U.K. London, you couldn't really park in Oxford Street😁😁you guys should get to know the malls of Metro Manila, you would always need to eat or buy your daily essentials. There are Super Malls (Huge) and fancy malls like Rockwell, Makati Greenbelt 1-5 w/great landscaping, again I've never seen one of this in London but beware you'll still get sunburn on this places during winter times 😂😂there is the "The Podium Mall" where the interior looks like the inside of a space station if it has a mall or existed😁😁there is Okada as well where the interior is a sort of a fantasy decor, I'll give the designer a medal for this 😁😁and a lot more to discover, local malls are great as well just over shadowed by more popular once. If your going to the rural area (provinces) beaches and your used to U.K. places like Brighton, Margate, Blackpool beaches etc. Your jaw will drop seeing top places in comparison like Boracay, Coron, El Nido, Siargao etc. most of this destination is off the grid so be ready at least bring a medical kit, this wilderness is well away from peoples pissed and shit, and cities and factories discharged so the waters are high premium, not one of those high premium advert where the destination is near cities sewers found in other countries where the beaches is not even real (Manmade) So go to Cebu, buy the whole Palawan island if you can 😂🤣it's well worth it 😂I'll buy it if I can 🤣Visit, hunt for a great destination, Philippines seven thousand plus island might takes a while 😁😁but with a good research, planning and preparation I'm sure you'll get there as always, it's the people that didn't do their homework that gets lost and gets in trouble, guidance makes a lot of difference as well. So enjoy weeeeeee.. 😄By the way I'm assuming you are both from U.K.? He sounds British and she sounds Irish, she got great smile like this emoji 😊 Swedish smile 😁Sorry Folks I'm rambling a lot🤭 Merry Christmas to all.. Cheers.!! 👍👌😎😉✌.
Wow, didn't know about that Disney drive-through. Very nice. And it's great that you rented a car. I don't see too many foreign vloggers doing that. It's really better to have one. For solo travelers, motorbike is good too. Btw, i think some people are recommending Tagaytay. If you do decide to go, i hope you go visit my favorite place there - Twin Lakes. Maybe stay at the hotel too. If not, the roadside commercial area alone is worth the visit with epic views of the beautiful hotel and Taal Volcano and Lake in the distance. And on the way to Twin Lakes, there's also an amusement park called Sky Ranch. Worth visiting too. :) I would also like to recommend Tanay which is only about 2 hr drive east of Manila (nearer than Tagaytay). Try to catch the 'sea of clouds' early in the morning in the many mountain resorts there. Check out also Masungi Georeserve if you want more adventure. :) And MERRY CHRISTMAS to you both! 🎄

How to go to Tagaytay City?
Just take a ride on bus or van from Manila going to Tagaytay City.
What a totally insane experience!! Those drive-thrus are unbelievable... (but a total no go here in Europe, where saving on electricity is THE theme right now) Great video and CONGRATULATIONS to 100.000 subscribers!!!!!👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
It was amazing 🥰🥰
True electricity is expensive, specially in the Philippines. But most of these establishments, specially SM Malls, they use solar power energy as part of its commitment to sustainability. The mall chain is sourcing 68% of its energy from renewable sources.
They are using solar power, most of the SM malls. 😊

Thank you for the recommendation! 🥰🤗

Shakeys also have Pescatarian pizza like those with shrimps & anchovies.
this is a good suggestion and i never even realized it
@@velky_reeds I feel u when he was eating the chicken & burger haha, so I thought u could eat too while he is devouring his meats by Jollibee.
Thank you for the recommendation! 🤗
Congrats on 100k 🎉

Welcome to our country and happy holidays! Aside from Boracay, you can also take a trip to Coron and El Nido which are located in the Province of Palawan. Also a good getaway place is Siargao Island, the surfing capital of our country located in the Province of Surigao Del Norte.
Thank you so much 🥰🤗 Merry Christmas 🎄❤️
Lezzz go 100K advance congratulations guys. Enjoy and stay safe.
Thank you so much 🤗 Merry Christmas ✨🎄😍
Cheers.!! 👍👌😎😉✌.
Definitely going for it!! It was amazing 🤗🥰
AHAHAHAH look so fun to watch I'm glad both of you are enjoying your stay together! Merry Christmas in the Philippines!!! 🥰
Thank you so much 🤗 Merry Christmas ✨🎄😍
I would also like to recommend Tanay which is only about 2 hr drive east of Manila (nearer than Tagaytay). Try to catch the 'sea of clouds' early in the morning in the many mountain resorts there. Check out also Masungi Georeserve if you want more adventure. :)
And MERRY CHRISTMAS to you both! 🎄
It was so much fun!! 🥰🤗
Thank you for visiting our beautiful country and spending Christmas celebration.
Merry Christmas to you guys! Glad you enjoyed your time in the Philippines. I will recommend you guys also to try scuba diving too. Philipines is one of the best diving destination in the world such as Anilao, Batangas, Cebu, Bohol, etc. Please let me know if you guys would love to try it maybe I can help. Happy traveling to you guys. By the way, I studied in London before and I can tell you guys have English accent even you are from Sweden. Just my observation only. 🙂
Merry Christmas 🥰🤗🎄 hehe thank you! Yes Dylan is from the U.K., from wales - that probably explains the accent a bit! I think I just sound a little like him!!

Welcome to the Philippines Adriana and Dylan. Hope you're doing great exploring our country. Just finished watching your all Philippines vlogs. Filipinos are welcoming and warm. We locals love to have an interactions with foreigners like you however some of us are shy to approach due to language barrier as English are not our native language.
Just saying simple Hi to people they're going to response you a smile and greetings like "Mabuhay"
We have a lot of foods here that we can recommend. It's called kakanin these are some type of dessert here in Philippines such as bibingka, poto bongbong and a lot more.
Also please consider visiting Palawan this place is mind blowing. I'm not exaggerating it but it's indeed world class beauty. Also if you happen to go in Cebu you can also hop in bohol just 45 mins drive by boat and you might want to go adventure you can also consider go to Dumaguete.
