Reason I ask being that I’ve got a 10-year-old Norfolk myself, also black and tan exactly like the one in your video; and in these 10 years I have as yet to meet another Norfolk. 😅Mine is often mistaken as a Yorkshire Terrier. Wonder if your friend has the same experience. 😛
