This list should have have Ndesu from RE5 (the El Gigante). Such a boring boss fight where you have to remain stationary and just unload on him with the mounted machine gun while taking the time to dodge his attacks with a QTE when he swings a tree at you.
Agreed. Huge dissapointment over the RE4 one. I say this as RE5 is my favorite RE game. Turret sections are boring, but including bosses to it? Really?
Definitely Mother Miranda… on higher difficulty. I played on Normal instead of Story difficulty, and even with all the health upgrades, fast movements, greatly reduced damage when blocking, and as much ammo as I could carry, she still kicked my ass. Her attacks make next to no sense in the context of simply outrunning her, she eats your bullets like it’s a Goddamn hot-dog eating competition (especially when the head is dealt the highest damage), and even with all the health upgrades, she hits like a Goddamn truck! It infuriates me when she does that, it really does!
@@sthepcorms6747 I have learned her moveset & it’s still shit on medium difficulty. No other boss before her was a problem, but Miranda herself IS. I got all the ingredients to boost my speed, health, sturdiness, etc., and I still die! Not helped by the fact that the game is REALLY stingy with ammo & they don’t allow you to buy ammo when you get to the final boss, which is really fucking strange! So I promptly quit because fighting Miranda on medium difficulty was ass!
Ogroman isn't that bad, and the enemies aren't that hard to deal with. If anything, fighting them is actually relatively easy if you're good at multitasking. Go ahead and hate on this comment, but let it be known. I dislike Call of Duty.
The only reason they hate this boss is simply because its a RE6 boss and shitting on it fits with the “Resident Evil 6 is bad” narrative. The El Gigante boss fight from RE4 is very similar to Ogroman’s and nobody complains about El Gigante.
Honestly you could’ve just thrown bosses from the RE5, Rev1, RE6, Rev2 and I probably wouldn’t have had any complaints. The bosses in those games were rough because of how they were either annoying bullet sponges (that Uroboros claw monster from Rev2, the shellfish monster from Rev1), overstayed their welcome (Simmons, Norman) or were just too gimmicky (Ndesu, Irving, Excella)
@@jamesc7748 The only bad thing about it is that it's less scary. controlling the boat is better in the new one, but they removed the ability for it to knock you into the water. Those moments where you just get back into the boat before it eats you, it's a shame they removed that. It makes the boss less interesting, you never feel threatened by it. They didn't really do much to Del Lago, he's now just an easy, throwaway boss in the new game.

I think you're going to need more reasons to put Derek Simmons on this list than just "a boss that doesn't know when to finally die." Otherwise, you are going to have to include William Birkin on this list based on that logic.
Probably going to get tons of a very fans, but is RE8 even a RE game? I mean it’s similar to 7, but I can at least defend that game feels like a RE title in the monsters, but 8? It basically has vampires in it. I know it has other monsters too, but it feels like that ghost version of RE4, which kind of goes against the Sci-fi roots, feeling slightly more fantasy. I mean I don’t think it’s a bad game, just doesn’t fit the series, kind of like 6, which is basically more action than horror.
If I recall correctly, that Resident Evil “3.5” was meant to showcase Leon succumbing to an infection, which simply causes him to hallucinate and perceive certain monsters in a more ghostly form. That is arguably similar to how the first phase of Eveline’s boss fight in RE7 later played out. However, RE Village seems to go too far with that idea. Ethan is attacked by a hallucinated baby monster that might not even be real at all, plus Rose apparently spends her whole DLC adventure fighting mental projections inside the Mold’s mind, which sounds more like a premise that belongs in “The Evil Within” series.
I pretty much feel the same way about RE Village’s “vampires”, at least for Dimitrescu’s daughters. In my opinion, the “lycans” translated far better into RE’s setting, given how similar the werewolf archetype is to classic RE’s hybrid mutants like Hunters/Chimeras. That is, if they could also turn people by biting, similarly to the zombies of classic RE games. I get that the daughters being swarms of Mold insects, which can merge into a human likeness/consciousness, is a reference to vampires turning into swarms of vermin like rats and bats. But that kind of power is more explicitly fantastical and makes enemies like Mimicry Marcus and Gnezdo look grounded by comparison. The latter two’s behavior was limited to animalistic instinct, and they still could not move entirely like a human body after when forming that shape.
My top 5....... 5. Nemesis Form 2 re remake...... They didn't have to do nemesis like that..... could've turned him predatory and animalistic without turning him into a four legged beast.....then the final battle wasn't nothing to write home for. ...I am not taking anything from the remake but nemey could've been better..... 4. See i dont really understand why people hate on re6 so much when re4 is very similar in many aspects. You don't like the fight againts ogroman but you're okay with el gigante? It's just hypocritical.
Exactly. Sometimes these people don't make sense. Either that, or they're getting their list from Reddit or just Googling it, the way they list these, doesn't seem like they've actually been playing the games. He spoke about "THE ACTION" with Ogroman. So how did you forget the Heisenberg battle on Re8?
@@mwagsoney37 different how exactly? Re6 is basically the more modern vesion of re4. Similar monsters, both have more action than horror. Re6 gets so much hate and re4 doesn't because people are sentimental towards re4. I love both games and idk why people act as if re6 is so terrible
Person that made the script sounds like they didn't play all of RE5 and RE6 cause the bosses he listed weren't the worse of THAT specific game. RE5, Irving is less annoying when you compare it to Excella's fight. Excella is a gimmick wait and shoot type boss with a specific gun while you have to deal with ever QUICKER QTEs while dodging tentacles PLUS annoying little adds that can knock you out of the waiting period with the gun. For Irving, you can easily move back and forth to shoot the 'eye' until he goes center. Once he is in the center and you don't leave that section of the boat, he is just a simple dodge and shoot boss. Really braindead and you even get infinite ammo on the guns. Wesker in LiN DLC was a terrible choice considering its literally a baby version of the 7 minute Wesker fight and you don't even have to deal with Jill being a lil asshole that runs and guns! An actively worse boss for RE5 would the Uroboros boss that you have to kill with a flamethrower. It's slow and tedious as you have to break his arms, melt him with the flamethrower to expose his weak point and then shoot the weak points. If you don't do it fast enough or if you run out of charge on the flame thrower, you fucked it and have to reattempt it and wait for the flamethrower to recharge. The average player won't have a rocket launcher chilling in their inventory to 1 hit the dumbass and if you're like me, flame rounds help but not by much. Now onto RE6, Derek Simmons was a mundane easy boss through all versions of him, shows lack of RE knowledge considering he isn't the only boss to be the repeatable boss of the game/campaign for the series (Birkin from RE2 and Nemesis from RE3.) I found the machine gun helicopter sequence in Chris' campaign in RE6 more annoying than Derek Simmons bosses and the invisible snake. Like the snake was easy but guess it can be a slight nuisance for 5 seconds, rather have that than the fat zombie that shoots poison clouds everywhere.
Honestly, it's a massive shame that Ndesu wasn't included. It's a worse version of the Irving fight, on professional is actually the hardest part in the game, and it's just a disgrace of a reuse of a Gigante. It had potential since it was a more advanced version of a Gigante, seeing it had more than one plagas
I'd replace the Stinger fight with the Ndesu (El gigante fight from Re5) and replace the Urias fight in re8 with either the Tyrant airplane in CVx or with Saddler in re4 classic (cause for a final boss he's way too easy)
Really dont think you understand the point of RE6 its a game designed for everyone you want horror play leons campaign you want action play Chris its simple
If you haven't played resident evil village yet? How about: if you haven't played the GOLD EDITION of Village yet?!? Thanks very much for spoilering one of the bosses. Best Christmas gift until now
Chris' final boss in Resident Evil 6 especially when you have little to no ammo after that timed horde sequence in the lab. You can literally never tell if Haos is actually stunned from your attacks or not, And due to the severe lack of ammo, (Especially if you played alone like I did.) then have fun watching Piers dumbass AI try to aim at a boss that is constantly climbing over boxes that make him stop shooting/hitting the boss with his electricity attacks. just honestly terrible, I don't think any of the devs play tested this game solo and it shows.
3:56 Well, I don't, and I'll never will be, it doesn't matter if this thing is bad, but don't say RE6 is a bad game, those guys are already backed off.
This list is very weak, because bosses on the list seem to be there at random, and also, thing about RE bosses is that it's more about spectacle of fighting them then actual gameplay.
The Bat in RE0 is easily the worst. Terrible to hit, you can get softlocked here (worst typewriter positioning ever), pointless, harder than it should be. Another one that is up there is Jill & Wesker. "But that fight is amazing" yes... As long as you're not playing solo on PRO mode. Sheva doesn't last 7 seconds here. Did any dev test her AI in PRO in this fight ? Bruh. Dishonorable mentions to Albinoid in RECV and Nemesis from RE3R (the last dog encounter). I don't hate Nemesis in Remake, it's just that the camera here is ridiculous. Glitches all the time. I also despise boss fights with normal enemies ganking you, specially if you can't see them because CAMERA. Dodge button fixes the camera for a moment, but still, this shouldn't even be a thing.
I found the re7 boss fight with Eveline more underwhelming than anything. Her boss fight in the shadows of Rose just felt like a rehash of when Ethan had to inject her with the E-Necrotoxin, I wish she had a larger role than she did as oppose to her just being the surprise bitch i'm not dead yet, trope.
resident evil zero had nice atomsphere and leech enemies were great, and levels but i agreee had worst bosses and damn item managment thing was so uncensssary and tedious, sad to say because of it, never got proper fix camera remakes of re 2 or re 3.
Yeah the entire Chris section in Resident Evil Village was just unnecessary, it was obviously added only to add bloat to the games play time when most of it could have been done with cutscenes instead.
Wesker fights are only fun fights in RE5 and Stinger is not a bad beginnin boss. RE Zero: Giant Bat, much more annoying to deal with Re 1 and Remake: Neptune, gimmick boss, otherwise no bad boss in the game RE 2 and Remake 2: Sewer Aligator, again gimmick boss RE 3: Grave Digger, it's annoying and initial fight wasn't interesting. Haven't played Remake 3 yet RE CV: Albinoid, Not really a boss RE 4: Salazar and Saddler, Salazar fight is boring as hell and Saddler is ridiculously easy. Hope Remake fix them. RE 5: Except Wesker and Jill all the bosses are sucks. Irwing is even wost Salazar knock off, Ndesu is boring Vehicle fight, Armored Bat is boring (Seriously Bat bosses sucks), Uroboros monster is annoying because of freaking bad Ai, U-8 is downgrade and what the hell Excella even is. RE 6: Oh boy, only Deborah fight is decent everything else sucks RE 7: Evelyn, easiest boss in the series, somehow beat Saddler. Jack in Joe's dlc is better ending boss RE Rev: Malacoda, hate vehicle bosses and it is annoying and boring fight. RE Rev2: Agree Vulcanblubbers are annoying Haven't played 8 yet.
Everything since re4, it took all the survivor horror aspect of the series to became an action games, so is it weird that most bosses are hard or bullet sponges for an accion game?

This list should have have Ndesu from RE5 (the El Gigante). Such a boring boss fight where you have to remain stationary and just unload on him with the mounted machine gun while taking the time to dodge his attacks with a QTE when he swings a tree at you.
Agreed. Huge dissapointment over the RE4 one. I say this as RE5 is my favorite RE game. Turret sections are boring, but including bosses to it? Really?
@@Xenorvya
I enjoy RE5 a lot but really wish they just never had chapter 2-3 in it cause it wasn't fun and a nuisance on top of a boring ending boss.
@@Ozokami698 It's so repetitive, and you're stuck in one place, terrible combination. Agreed.
She's not difficult at all if you know he moviment set
@@sthepcorms6747 I have learned her moveset & it’s still shit on medium difficulty. No other boss before her was a problem, but Miranda herself IS. I got all the ingredients to boost my speed, health, sturdiness, etc., and I still die! Not helped by the fact that the game is REALLY stingy with ammo & they don’t allow you to buy ammo when you get to the final boss, which is really fucking strange! So I promptly quit because fighting Miranda on medium difficulty was ass!
HISENBERG FROM RE VILLAGE. I HATED THAT BOSS FIGHT.
@@electricion712 Very true.
0:42 is that a shot gun making that noise? Lol priceless
Del Lago was my least favorite boss due to having to constantly advoid logs and rocks in the lake.
They fixed that in the remake. Much better fight.
@@jamesc7748 yeah, been watching Jacksepticeye play it
@@jamesc7748 The only bad thing about it is that it's less scary. I have thallasophobia so I'm usually afraid of deep waters like this, the white fog and dirty looking lake in the original helped make it scarier, with the dead trees and odd textures for the old models. Now it's just "fight big salamander in hd water"
controlling the boat is better in the new one, but they removed the ability for it to knock you into the water. Those moments where you just get back into the boat before it eats you, it's a shame they removed that. It makes the boss less interesting, you never feel threatened by it. They didn't really do much to Del Lago, he's now just an easy, throwaway boss in the new game.
@@WutTheDeuceGaming it is cuz of qte i guess, but it is what it is couldn't care much about this boss. Cuz actually after few playthroughs he is rly easy in og
I'd rather defeat Eveline as a boss with a lethal dose of chloroform instead.
Ricardo Irving reminds me of Tony from Scarface, and Derek Simmons makes me think of Gozaburo Kaiba from Yu-Gi-Oh.
Disrespectful Resident evil 5? We’re gonna fight asap. One of my favourite game tf you mean buddy
Honestly prefer the boss fight with Wesker in Lost over the final battle in the volcano.
I think you're going to need more reasons to put Derek Simmons on this list than just "a boss that doesn't know when to finally die." Otherwise, you are going to have to include William Birkin on this list based on that logic.
Don't forget Nemesis.
Irving boss fight was good imo. He was the Ramon Salazar of RE5😂
Same, even tho they're not "vampires" in lore... Common now, they're clearly vampires with a bad justified reason by Capcom
4. Eveline.......enough said....
3.Karl Heisenberg I loved Karl.......he is the 2nd best character in village for a reason but I feel he deserved better that becoming a mutated forklift....
2. Centurion ......I agree
1. Irving .......Yep annoying af
Yes they did make the list on the switch or on the PS3 or on the PS4 like Vulcanblubber Resident Evil Revelations 2 and Eveline Resident Evil Village Shadows of Rose and Albert Wesker Resident Evil 5 Lost in Nightmares and Stinger Resident Evil 0 and Ogroman Resident Evil 6 and Urias Strajer Resident Evil Village and Ricardo Irving Resident Evil 5 and Derek Simmons Resident Evil 6 and Gravedigger Resident Evil The Umbrella Chronicles and Centurion Resident Evil 0 is the worst boss
“The BS I need to reload line” aww yes, cause it’s just easy to reload my GIANT FUCKING DOOM LASER
i feel like they were one something they brought in simmons on the second half of this video cuz his fights were aint bad at all imo
Yes Wesker res evil 5 non dlc final fight is brutal also
If these bosses were tweaked or gameplay was tweaked to make it better how would you improve it?
Albinoid from Code Veronica ... it was a sitting duck for a boss
Steve Burnside - Code Veronica.
Completely different games and now give me the shit your smoking
@@mwagsoney37 different how exactly? Re6 is basically the more modern vesion of re4. Similar monsters, both have more action than horror. Re6 gets so much hate and re4 doesn't because people are sentimental towards re4. I love both games and idk why people act as if re6 is so terrible
@@Keyblademster i know right? This list is just so random.
El Gigante was much cooler imo, although i agree RE6 is overhated. It's not a bad game. I personally like it more than RE5 for the most part.
The dollAnd I’m roses version of that mission is one of the best missions in the entire franchise
Now onto RE6, Derek Simmons was a mundane easy boss through all versions of him, shows lack of RE knowledge considering he isn't the only boss to be the repeatable boss of the game/campaign for the series (Birkin from RE2 and Nemesis from RE3.)
I found the machine gun helicopter sequence in Chris' campaign in RE6 more annoying than Derek Simmons bosses and the invisible snake.
Resident Evil 6 was super fun in coop mode, me and my friends enjoyed the hell out of it 🤘🏻🙂
I'd replace the Stinger fight with the Ndesu (El gigante fight from Re5) and replace the Urias fight in re8 with either the Tyrant airplane in CVx or with Saddler in re4 classic (cause for a final boss he's way too easy)
I really liked Shadows of Rose
Really dont think you understand the point of RE6 its a game designed for everyone you want horror play leons campaign you want action play Chris its simple
The centipede was just maidenless leave it alone 😂
Papa Wesker
Did you just get mad that RE6 had you fight Simons multiple times even though you do that in BOTH RE2 and RE3 and did not mention them???
You have a point...
Of I am not wrong, you can skip Stinger altogether by picking up an item near him.
You're wrong. You can't skip him.
The fact the comms officer from resident evil revelations isn’t on here shows me you never played it
Fought irving on veteran seems like those small chances to Dodge was just a skill issue
1:58 hold L1? Are you a troll?
Re7 Eveline boss fight. I just hated everything about it. The rest of game was good.
The worst boss ever is Tyrent from Resident Evil 1 Original ps1
If you haven't played resident evil village yet? How about: if you haven't played the GOLD EDITION of Village yet?!? Thanks very much for spoilering one of the bosses. Best Christmas gift until now
Honorable Mentons: Ndesu from RE5 & Code Veronica - Gulp Worm.
Bit stupid calling re 5 and 6 bad because of less horror and more action but people love 4 and it has no horror and is mainly action tho. 🤦🏻♂️🤔
Except re4had its moments of horror
In revelations when fighting stinger I just opened the door went to the next room and it counted has me defeating him
Would it have killed you to specify you meant the DLC for RE Village? Thanks for ruining it for me.
He did put a Spoiler warning at the start of the video
@@Keyblademster Yes, he said Resident Evil Village, which I have beat. He did not mention that included the DLC, which I have not played.
6:37 so basically one like William Birkin.
Hard disagree with Eveline not being necessary. Her boss fight wasn’t amazing, but that whole section was the only part of the DLC I really enjoyed.
I always liked fighting Irving. It's completelly over the top, yeah, but it's fun.
Honestly it the worst boss for me hands down Simmons
We all know the WORST boss fight is the (punching) boulder of Resident Evil 5.
Amazing video mojo plays of the worst boss in the resident evil franchise, fantastic job. I kind like does bosses in resident evil zero.
resident evil zero had nice atomsphere and leech enemies were great, and levels but i agreee had worst bosses and damn item managment thing was so uncensssary and tedious, sad to say because of it, never got proper fix camera remakes of re 2 or re 3.
The bat from zero does it for me. I could never get past it. Eventually abandoning the game after 150 attempts.
Honestly, yeah. Ogroman was kinda bad, but to be fair, doesn't almost every resident evil boss have a blatantly obvious weak spot?
😂 hate me all you want but I loved all of these bosses they just make me angry so I can let my anger out on them instead of real people
I thought the RE5 bosses were pretty cool…. Personally.
Yeah the entire Chris section in Resident Evil Village was just unnecessary, it was obviously added only to add bloat to the games play time when most of it could have been done with cutscenes instead.
Derek Simmons from Resident Evil 6 is definitely and totally one of THE Worst RE Bosses There Is. He wasn't that Hardcore Boss to be Underestimated.
Anyone else remember the tyrant from Code Veronica?
Awesome boss. Hard with no explosive darts, but awesome.
Tf are you supposed to do against wesker? He’s broken, unsure what you wanted
I don’t and never will understand the hate for Resident Evil 6. It’s kinda getting annoying tbh. It’s literally my fav next to 4

The final boss from Revelations is one of the worst bosses I have ever encountered.
How do you have a list of the worst bosses in the franchise and at no point mention Survivor or Dead Aim!?
I'm just gonna be bluntly honest. The RE0 bosses except for James Marcus sucks.
Wesker fights are only fun fights in RE5 and Stinger is not a bad beginnin boss.
RE Zero: Giant Bat, much more annoying to deal with
Re 1 and Remake: Neptune, gimmick boss, otherwise no bad boss in the game
RE 2 and Remake 2: Sewer Aligator, again gimmick boss
RE 3: Grave Digger, it's annoying and initial fight wasn't interesting. Haven't played Remake 3 yet
RE CV: Albinoid, Not really a boss
RE 4: Salazar and Saddler, Salazar fight is boring as hell and Saddler is ridiculously easy.
RE 6: Oh boy, only Deborah fight is decent everything else sucks
RE 7: Evelyn, easiest boss in the series, somehow beat Saddler. Jack in Joe's dlc is better ending boss
RE Rev: Malacoda, hate vehicle bosses and it is annoying and boring fight.
RE Rev2: Agree Vulcanblubbers are annoying
Haven't played 8 yet.
Missing Jason from the Resident Evil series: Infinite Darkness is pathetic and a crybaby
None of the RE7 boss fights are on this list, need I say more?
All it had was bosses
Yeah because the list isn't "worst common enemis on Re games"
Resident evil 7 basically only have bosses
Your final fantasy joke makes no sense, resident evil uses the boss transforming into another form trope way more often
Ndesu from RE5 2-3. I hated it with a passion.
Wtf!! Most of these bosses are amazing!! Seems like their complaints is that they are too hard lol
