Hi I used bolts from bottom.and yes it will but its just a pine and its very cheap and if you need to change it once a year its OK or you can use oak wich will last longer 😊
True buddy I was thinking the same but after I was like youbknow what I will use just some offcuts because like that I don't mind when I cut in to it with track saw. And thank you for your comment 🙏
I just used a 2x6 instead of a 2x4. The extra width gives you an edge to clamp on.
That's smart idea too man. I will try that 👍
subscribed. great solution!
Thank you my friend. And thanknyou for your support.
Thank you to many people can't think outside the box and solve problems
Thank you mine friend 🙏👊
How is the 2x4 on the saw horse secured? And wouldn’t the clamp just rip out of the channel eventually. I like the idea.

Very good but it’s not gonna last the rebate will tear out . Needs oak and a larger deeper rebate with a larger Cramp . Very clever tho

Why not use a regular clamp
There is nowhere to clamp it down on this sawhorse
@@woodsheddesign what about an Irwin quick grip? You could use two and clamp them on either side of the piece
@MaritimeFox on this saw horses you can't use clapms there is no place to hold the clamps .
No. Use aluminum
Bravo, looks like this would work with any sawhorse with a sacrificial 2x top.
Thank you. Yeah it would man.
