I am a Amazon Associate. Thank you!
HOT TUB: www.amazon.com...
LED Light www.amazon.com...
I bought one in Aug 2018. This is our 3rd season with it. These are awesome for the price. They are more like 500, 600 now. Dont get caught up in all the pool maintenance bs. A floating device that can handle 1" chlorine tables will be all you need to maintain it. Rules= wear the same swim trunks/bathing suits in everytime. Wash your pool wear in water only. Keep your filters clean ( after ever use) Dont use powder chlorine. Its not user friendly or pump friendly. Inflate it till its firm to push. In the Midwest, May 15 to Sept 30. Take it down, clean it. Store the pump indoors during the winter. We love ours and hope you enjoy yours too.
Thank you I definitely enjoy the hot tub!😎👍

Why do you need to wear the same swimsuit? Lol.
Inflatable hot tubs are much better than they should be for the money. We got two years of good service out of ours and threw it away when we bought a fiberglass tub. We had far less trouble from the inflatable.
Yeah I agree! Thank you dvfreelancer!
I have this very hot tub! This year is my +7thyear to use it. I have it in our carport and use it every day! I take real good care of it changing filters as needed and changing water when needed, It has really been worth what I paid for it. I love it!!!
How economical is it to run? does it chew up the power bill? PS great video
I have not notice much change in power bill.
@ Krystal where did you drain the waters?
I love this little hot tub too! Best money I've ever spent thank you very much!
I haven't seen much change in the electric bill! 40 bucks or so.
Fantastic walk through of how to set this Coleman SaluSpa up. So happy to have found this since the instructions that come with the unit are pretty much worthless! Very nicely done how to video!!! Thank you.
Thank you!👍👍👍 I hope you enjoy your hot tub MsScreamingdemon!😎👍
I was wondering too why they bothered to even print them! What do you do with the long clear tubing they included? I’m so lost!
This is my second Hot Tub. Love it. I left my first one with my house
When I sold it. So I have been looking forward to installing this one.
Very easy to put together. My only problem now, before I put water into it, is where to place it.
I’ve watched a million of these videos. Yours is the best. Thanks so much. Appreciate the time you put into it.
You're very welcome! Thank you Steff!
I got one of these last May. I have it in my garage to protect it from weather and sun damage, but also it's less cold during the winter in the garage lol best thing I've ever bought for myself and still works like brand new!
I love this little hot tub too! I'm glad you're enjoying it thank you!
Did you have to do anything to protect your garage from condensation/mold?
We have one, love it! Run it year round, built an insulated box for the pump in winter...love this hot tub! Does wonders for the back! Lol
That's awesome thank you!
I apparently put mine in the worst place possible with the strong winds. So, at like 10 degrees, I’ve gotta figure out a windbreak.
Is it bad to have them out in the winter
Best setup and review by far!
Thank you C Hiley!
Awesome video man! Super professional throughout and very thorough steps and insight. I wish all youtube how-to-ers were this good.
Thank you very much it means a lot to me!
My patio slopes away from the house for drainage purposes so, I need to build a level platform for a new spa like yours. How far does the power unit stick out past the side of the spa? Or, what is the overall width from the back of the unit to the opposite side of the tub?
I need to know so the unit's and tub's fittings are at the same level.
Great job on the video. Well done.👍
Definitely buying one after watching this video. Great tutorial, thank you. 👍
Glad it was helpful! Thank you Jeffrey!
Thanks for helping me decide on this tub! You deserve a kickback: The price is now up to $529 on Amazon. Enjoy it. :)
Yeah I paid over $500 and it didn’t come with protective floor mat
My control is grey
Glad I could help! Ya the price has gone up! Thank you! Enjoy!
We bought ours for 375 in 2018 but we would still buy a new one at 500 or 600. They are well worth it.
Works great, heats fast, as a full time RV'r its perfect.
Nice!!! Never even thought about a blow up one. I might have to get one for this winter
This little hot tub is Amazing! Thank you #Blue-CollarBuilds!
I had always been curious about portable hot tubs. I really appreciate your video’s. I’m a subscriber now. Thank you
Awesome thank you for supporting the channel Bonnie!😎👍
These blow up spas are basically the same. I have the INTEX Four person and it is pretty much the same
How do you like your intex I will be getting mine on the 25 of October I can't wait have a beautiful day God bless you always
You can't beat it for the Price💯💯🌞❤❤
I know what I'm getting my husband for Father's Day/ Retirement this month 🤗🤗
I'm sure he will love it thank you!
Liked and Commented! 😊
EXCELLENT VIDEO INSTRUCTIONS ‼️‼️💯🙂TY
Turns on bubbles, ridiculously loud jet engine starts, the water uncontrolled like a kraken fighting a megaladon in the sea
Much relax
Great video, now I really want to get one
Thanks for the in-depth unboxing and review
My pleasure! Thank you!
Now I'm gonna look into one! Thanks for this helpful video!
Thank you Nicole!😎👍
Bets video explaining this! Thanks
I appreciate that very much!😎👍
Your video is amazing best one I've seen yet , I would have never known about the air tight ring if you didn't show us, I was sratching my head trying to figure out why it was leaking, thank you!!!!
I'm glad I was able to help!
Thank you Jerri P Beasley!
It is the best one thank you Max! I was curious where you got the right type of air tight ring to fit? I’m having the same leak and stayed up till 3am last night trying to figure out a way I can go to work today/sleep since it’s in my basement. Hoping a hardware store or something. Bought mine used without a manual or air tight ring so thanks so much for doing the vid :)
@@austinnoll2404 did you find anything?
Thank you!! This helped so much with my home set up.
Thank you Mslizz!😎👍
Great video. Very well explained! Thank you
Thank you very much Frank!😎👍
Best vid for this tub.
P.S. I bought one.
Thank you James!
Dope! I appreciate the direct review!
Thank you!😎👍
I love mine. Had it 6 months.
We love it Too! Thank you Candy B!
I got mine for $298 this black friday. Super excited to try mine! How is yours holding up?
Just scored one at Walmart for $258😁
I just got one and set up last night hooked hose to water heater and drained it killed 2 bird with one stone.
Awesome video
Thank you 😎👍
WOW!!!So nice you would do such a fun romantic setup for your wife. Looks really good. She's very lucky.
Thank you Bluebonnet!!!
Heats up faster with lid on
Yes it does! It's pretty good at maintaining Heat. We have sat in there for around two hours or so and the temperature never dropped below 100 degrees, in the winter time. Thank you Bryan Severa!
Great review. I was wondering how much your electric bill has increased since you've had it? I just bought one but haven't set it up yet.
Not much about $15 to $20. Not bad! Good question Thank you William Ellern!
@@DURTYMAXLML awesome! thanks for all the info
We set up one of these...I'm in Canada, London Ontario, our bill jumped massive... like 50-60$ a month.. we also get hosed on hydro up this way...gonna be looking to insulate somehow to maybe get the heater to stay off a little more see if that helps... its supposed to shut off once temp is reached and only turn on when 2 degree drop is detected... pretty sure it never gets the chance...
@@MrKormend you can place insulated mats underneath to help against the cold coming up from the cement and add annadditional insulation layer to the lid. And some folks even build a skirt to enclose the entire units perimeter and insulate that as well. Just takes some ingenuity. Hope that gives you some more ideas.

dude i love your backyard! it looks so great! how have you liked it so far? I'm seriously considering getting one
Thank you BD!
Hella sick man
Hey man, love the set up and great video. Very helpful. Question, where (what kind/model light was that at the end of video?) very nice.
Thanks for nice informative video. 👍
If it works out for you, I may give it a go too!!
We’ve had ours six weeks We are loving it We have had the water in it 4 weeks now The first two weeks don’t go well We tried enzymes. Yuk Now all we’ve used is peroxide It’s wonderfully clean clear and smells great We have hard water, but we rub it down with a crocheted scrubby and it’s plugged the filter once with the calcium but I’m only on second filter in a month We also ditched the pleated filters for the blue kind that kind of look like a pool noodle. Extremely low maint and healthier than chemicals
👍Great video!!! Very thorough!!! Does it have to stay plugged in or does it charge up and become portable?
Unfortunately it has to stay plugged in! A portable battery-powered unit would be nice!
Awesome video thanks for your effort!
Thank you Ann! We absolutely love this hot tub!
@@DURTYMAXLML me too! I just got one, it's awesome!
Sick
Show people how to set the timer! So important.
pretty cool
Thank you!
so how does the light stay on the wall like that if theres no metal to attach to?? if its heavy wouldn't it sink to bottom??where do u buy it on amazon??
Ok. I have come to a conclusion that I am going to have to sell my Clarity 8 Precision hot tub. I only bought it in February so pretty new but I have it in a rental property and I just cannot keep coming and emptying out and refilling it every 3 - 4 days. So if any of you know anyone who would like you buy it, please let me know. It is located in Crystal Beach, Bolivar Peninsula, right outside Galveston, Tx. I will sell it for $6500, just because I need to get it off my property. Renters won't be happy to see it here but not able to use it because they have LOVED it. Please PM me if you are interested. Yes. Amazon. I bought two lights, 2 remotes for 13.99
@@maraalbert1563 3-4 days if you use no chemicals
How is the hot tub now that you have used it a few months??
We Love it!!! Thank you!
just go one for under 400 bucks on the wallmart website Ive seen them for like 600 bucks on other websites. maybes its from all the great reviews.
Awesome thank you!
Great Review!
Thank you Scrubkity!
Comes with gfci built in
Yes! Thank you Pool Man!
hooray for this video. The "instructions" included were SUPER vague and incomplete
Your replies not showing? And where exactly do you insert the “handy” blow up hose (ours came not so “handily” put together, like yours showed…
Yeah I recently found out that there are two different versions of this hot tub! It's hard to differentiate because they are both listed under the same name! Unfortunately I'm not familiar with the second version! Please let me know how it goes! Thank you!
I just got me one the same. I just concern a bit about energy cost if it lost heat faster on winter time.
Energy cost is around $25 a month. I live in Cali so it doesn't get very cold. It holds temp very well. I love this Hot tub, I use it almost every night! Thank you Ben! You'll love it!
I keep looking for what type of outlet you need for this.. why doesn’t anyone show that part? Please help!!!
It's a regular 110v outlet standard in every home in US.
GFCI outlet or box.
Why will no one get in, and show how well people fit in it
Will See!
How do you do the chemicals because I read that you’re not supposed to keep it in there whenever someone’s in there? Can you put the chemicals in a little set up they have or just throw them in the water?
There's a small cavity on the jet where you put the chemicals. I don't use chlorine but I do use bromine!
Great review buddy. Question, I am purchasing one as well, I’m going to use bromine tablets, do those stay in the dispenser in the water while we are in there? You didn’t mention anything about chemicals, curious to hear what you think.
I started out using chlorine tables and have now moved on to Bromine. The Bromine seems to work better for these inflatable units. The 1 inch tablets fit in the chemical despecer I showed in the Video. Hope this helps! Thank you!
I just bought one and I can't get the error code 02 off. It actually shuts off and beeps . Any ideas ?
Is this still holding up for you, especially the heater?
Um, the floor of the hot tub looks like it blows up too, there is a valve there lol.
The bottom floor padding does not blow up but it is a foam of some kind. It's nice and Squishy!
How comfortable is that pad on the floor of the tub?
Surprisingly it's very comfortable! Plus with your body being buoyant in the water, the pad doesn't have to be very thick! Thank you!
Would the neighbors hear the pump I live in a HOA
The heater is very quiet as long as you don't turn on the air bubbles you should be okay! I hope this helps thank you very much!
I wish they were still that cheap!
Me too!😎👍
I ordered mine it's an intex inflatable hot tub I know I seen them rubber things do you add them to everyone for the pump no one told me thanks again for sharing your information I need it have a beautiful day God bless you always
The rubber gasket came in the instructions. it is easy to miss. Hopefully your intex has it preinstalled! I'm happy for you keep me updated! I know you'll enjoy your hot tub! Thank you Milo!
@@DURTYMAXLML I will I promise thank you for the help I appreciate it I can't wait to get mine he should be here any day know have a beautiful day God bless you always
GOD look at those calfs. LOL
Thank you I think? Lol!
Awesome video... LOOKS LIKE MONTHS AGO... HOW'S IT DOING NOW ANY PROBLEMS OR TIPS...ONE MORE THING HAS ANYONE USED SALT IN THESE... LOOKING AT GETTING ONE... THANKS 🤙🏼🤙🏼🤙🏼
This little hot tub is running like a champ! Instead of chlorine I use bromine, haven't tried the salt yet! I absolutely love this hot tub! When you get your hot tub let me know how you like it! Thank you!😎👍
How is it to sit on bottom flat my wife has bad back if you can let me know thanks
how well does the propane patio heater work? nice patio
Propane heaters work great! Got them from Home Depot! Thank you Andrew!😎👍
Awesome video! How were you able to close the weatherproof outlet cover over the plug? Mine won’t close over it because the plug is too large (long). Did you have to modify your cover and cut some of the bottom off?
The bottom had a cut out! Cut a little notch out and you'll be Ok! thank you Nic Hostetler!
how is the electric bill? And I heard the hot water doesnt last long when its cold, is that true?
Electric Bill about $40 per month. It stays warm as long as you don't turn the bubbles on! Thank you!
@ durtmax 40$ a month alone for using this?
Awesome video. Are there seats to add or pillows? How has sitting been?
I simply just sit on the bottom floor. It's nice and Khushi. The buoyancy of the water gives my body a slight weightlessness, so it's not bad. You can adjust the water height so that the water line is around neck level. Thank you Wayne Simmonds!
This is not rly easy to instal properly it seems.. thanks for the nice video good sir!
Thank you Ninjewk20!
For some reason mine goes into hibernation mode and the filter and heating turn off after 72 hours and flashes END 🤷🏼♀️ does yours do that too is there some way around that where I don't have to check it every 72 hours and reset it you would think that the pump would run all the time unless you turn it off!? I just don't understand why it would do that and how to fix it because when I go out of town I don't want to come back to a massive green disgusting hot tub ugh please help LOL
I believe that is a safety feature that makes it automatically turn off after 72 hours. Pretty sure you can’t change it.
Mine does the same thing, I just have to remember to keep turning it on.lol I'm going to look into this! Thank you!
Led lamp brand?
Where did you get it for $400? Amazon has it for over $600!
Walmart got it for 372
Amazon!!!
how are they in the Canadian winter? how does the plastic hold up?
I'm not sure how it would hold up in cold weather because I live in California! But I have seen some RUclipsrs able to get this Hot to 104 degrees Fahrenheit in the snow! It's a very durable unit! Let me know how it works "A"! Thank you Kat!
is on regular power plug or u need special one? love the review
Yeah it's just a regular 110 plug and the heater is very quiet! Thank you!
Can you use a ext cord? in the beginning you mention something about the outlet then gave a shout out to someone for helping you be safe. I wanted to use a ext cord but is that a bad thing?
Yes you can use an extension cord just make sure you plug in to a GFCI safety outlet. Make sure you use the shortest cord for your desired length. Thank you Cherry!
Make sure the extension cord is heavy duty like carpenters use or ?is mechanics use in their shops!
Mine is not heating up
Would it be possible to make a box to put over the air pump to quiet it down when making bubbles?
Honestly the air bubbles will be louder than the air pump! I Absolutely love my Hot tub Thamk you! @Calamity!
Good review but, how many fit comfortably and your heights for those of us considering purchasing one? How deep is the water level?
3 people would fit comfortably, four would be a little tight. If you're sitting down the water level is right above my shoulders. The water level is adjustable you can set it to your own height. Thank you!
Thank you. I'm 6 ft, my husband 6 ft 3, long legs. I'd hate to get one only to feel like I'm sitting in a kiddie pool with my knees in my chin. Thats a funny picture.
@@denisec8914 😂... Knees in chin. That's a funny picture too. You are a whole foot taller than me... 😂.. 5'2 just about.
anyone know how to get there coleman saluspa a bit hotter than 104?
Should we use the spa when the heater is on? Thanks..
Very nice video btw 👍😀
Yes, you set the temperature you would like and the heater will maintain that temperature and turn on automatically! Thank you!😎👍
Do you think this would survive Arizona summers? It would be in my covered patio but it would still get a lot of light and heat even through my solar patio shades
I think it would do just fine. I hope you enjoy it! Still enjoying mine!
How many time take to heat the water ?
If I remember correctly it took about 18 hours to heat the water! But I'll tell you it's worth the wait! Thank you very much!
Need to see it used with adults and or children inside. Most important part of review
How are your lights holding up after a year?
They work great! I ruined one led, I didn't tighten the screw top all the way after charging. My fault! Other than that, all good! Thank you Jackie!
I purchased one & the directions are useless! I’m new to hot tubs. Can anyone tell me what the clear hose is for? I know the black is for air, but I’m baffled on what to do with the piece of clear tubing, it’s about 4 feet long. Thx!
Mine didn't come with a 4 foot clear tube. I'm not sure what that is for? Maybe to blow extra bubbles!Lol!
@@DURTYMAXLML Given the crappy directions, you’re probably right!
@@DURTYMAXLML I finally figured it out lol. If anyone needs a manual, lmk
anyone know why I would be losing air through the top cupling on my inflatable spa on the inside? It will not stay inflated.
I recently had to re-inflate mine after one year of use! Once a year ain't bad! I did inflate it during the summer time! Hot and cold weather can affect it! But if you have to refill it more than that there may be a problem! How often are you refilling yours?
Considering it and want to store in my garage to use once a week. Will the air hold up? How often would I need to pump air to inflate. If I’m only using it on the weekend.
You only have to put a little bit of air in about once a year! I absolutely love this hot tub. I use it about 5 times a week!
Do people use these pumps to heat up indoor bathtubs to keep the water warm?
I'm not sure but it would be interesting to see!
What about using salt water rather than chemicals?
I use soft water with bromine. Seems to work very well thank you very much!
I've never used saltwater but if you try it, Let me know how it works! Thank you!
how long did it take to set up for everything EXCEPT heating it
Not long at all I'd say about an hour. It was very easy! Thank you!😎👍
How do he jets actually feel? Do they massage the back at all
No the Jets don't really do much but look cool! They work well to cool down the unit if it's too hot! They also do feel somewhat relaxing, but nothing close to actual real jets. For the money $400, it works for me! Thank you GOODE!
How has the hot tub held up? It appears you have had it one year now
Still works! We love it! Thank you Mark!
Does this inflatable hot tub have some sort of jets or water flow of some sort?
There is some filtration, and some air bubbles! But nothing like real Jets!
@@DURTYMAXLML thank you greatly! And great video!
Don't think they come with magnets anymore
What other hot tub units did you have that you mentioned?
I have had three real hot tub units, I don't know the names off hand. But I have heard that the brand Hot Spring Spas is very good. Thank you Andy Westbrook!
