    Just bought the square version. Should the bottom of the hot tub inflate? There is a spot that I am assuming you attach the air hose but when I do nothing happens. Also have not seen anyone in any other setup video put air in the bottom. Appreciate any advice you can provide

    I definitely put the inflatable piece for the cover under my hottub 😂😂😂 it makes for a nice soft floor. I thought it was the floor so I put it in the hot tub at first then when I started filling it with water it floated. I was like it must go underneath the whole thing. This whole time it was for the cover 🤣🤣🤣🤣

    The button with small timer on left, also lets you put in power mode. There are two other lock buttons at top of screen next to regular “ Lock.” One delays heat, the other is timer, for power mode to turn heat on later in day. Takes two hrs for it to warm 2 degrees. So if in power mode it drops by 4. And you want it at 104, which I suggest when it is cold. And you want to soak at 8pm… you want us to turn on heater two hrs before.. so yah just gotta figure out heater off for 10, 12 hrs.. and use arrow buttons to set. When set timer /heater delay light up at top of screen. Again. Not explained well in info. A friend found video couple yrs ago.

      Thank you, the floor does not inflate, but it will actually feel inflated when it is setup (is very comfortable). But doesn't inflate.

      You would need the pump hooked up because the water would drain where you connect the pump hoses to the hotub, you could just leave the pump turned off though.

      Yes all the hoses need to be connected, the air pump is what makes the bubbles work in the hot tub

    Can you show how you reinforce your deck? Or how do you know the limits? We want to do the same thing

      In the area it is sitting I added extra deck joists and added about 9 or more extra supports that go right to the ground (I was lucky as there's a thick old concrete pad under part of my deck that I left so the extra supports are sitting right on the pad. You could park a truck where the hot tub is on the deck!

    When we get out and cover do we turn power completely off and heat? Of course lose warmth so if we want to go back in next night turn heat back on hours before we go in?

      You keep the power onto the pump and the heat on, it circulates the water through the pump to maintain the heat. Just make sure the bubbles are turned off when you cover it.

    Hi. So my dad and I are rebuilding it after we took it down for a while and when we tried to fill it up it would instantly deflate. Do u know what the problem is. Maybe a hold or something?

    Doyou know what each other valves are on the back? I picked this us but without a heater pump motor. Trying to install my own. Was going to do a simple solar heater setup with piping but not sure how I could do this without a pump.

      There is no valve or area to inflate it, when the hottub is inflated the bottom is actually cushioned and feels somewhat inflated.

      A gfci plug is what's recommended, I have a power bar that has gfci protection in it

      You can use a minimum of a 12 guage extension cord, and plug it into a gfci outlet inside the house

    Can you get the attachment that screws into the hot tub so you can inflate it. I lost mine and cannot inflate it. I could not find anything online.
