Osborne 1: transferring files via RS232 serial cable

I found a few guides to using RS232 to transfer files from a modern PC to the CPM-based Osborne 1, but they were all lacking in detail.
By reading as much as I could, and a bit of trial and error, I managed to get it to work.
I thought recording a video showing the whole process from start to finish might help others trying to do the same.

(Edit: it seems typing Control-Z isn't required when using the Send File function in HyperTerminal as it sends it automatically.)
(Edit 2: I've now found there's a jumper on the Osborne motherboard (J1) that you can remove to double the speed of the serial port to 600/2400 baud. It's still reported as 300/1200 in the setup program though, so you have to remember you've set it! I've also successfully tested the 2400 baud mode using the same set up.)
