They smell a lot worse than they taste too. Not necessarily bad, just stale/flavorless or something. The taste is much stronger than they let on by smell alone.
I thought they were truly awful. Like I didn’t swallow the first chip levels of awful. And I eat all sorts of stuff. If anyone can enjoy it, I almost certainly had a tainted batch somehow
