Dragula cast queens that are more in a horror/alternative style of drag that RDRQ for example, so the challenges and eliminations all have something to do with horror or imply some sort of phisical/mental challenge. While yes, it can look very impactfull and even traumatizing, most of them are put in controled envioroments so the queens are as safe as posible while performing this eliminations. Also, some of this queens do similar gimmicks in their drag shows
