Im having the same issue! I already own the mpc key 61 with all the plugins. But my 37 isnt showing the already owned plugins. So im going to reach-out to tech support. 👊🏾. My video drops soon 🎥🎹🎶🔊
You need to deactivate them on your other device. I think each license gives you 2 permits. It’s like MPC hardware then MPC software daw. Trust me it’s annoying. After you do it the new device should let you activate. I got 5 devices and have to do that I get so confused.
@@CJTheMaestro Same they're good ppl. When I tried ordering my key 37 I had trouble with the site taking my address. They answered the ticket and gave a personal number. They ordered it for me. Gave 10% off and free expedited shipping. I wasn't mean or anything neither.
