When I met my husband, he said he had been praying for me. I responded by telling him I was preparing myself for him. We married a year to the day after meeting, and we have never been apart longer than 10 hours since the day we met.
It’s important that people realize that when GOD sends “the one” - that does not mean there will not be troubles. There will be obstacles to overcome. With the right partner this can be done. I think some people tend to fall into the misconception that because God brought you together it’s going to be smooth and seamless. It can bring a time if needed testing and that brings bonding.
I believe sometimes God sends you someone you think is the one but is really a life lesson to prepare and get stronger for the true one at the right time 👍

@@skst8675 a specific experience maybe, but God wouldn't send you a guy to mess you around, sleep with you and abuse you. That's an excuse to stay in a toxic relationship and make sense of it. You've turned away from God to follow these routes. Learn from bad experiences of course, but don't believe they're from God. When you turn to God he'll never send you down that road, go to him when these people come into your life and pray for guidance.
Put God first in everything!!. There is really a God, I prayed asking God to show me if my ex was the one for me, God showed me the very next day that he was cheating. After a few months later I prayed to him asking him to send a God fearing man and the right man for me he sent him and I thank God everytime and give him the Glory and the praise 👏🏽 NEVER STOP PRAYING 🙏🏽
I can relate to this when the devil send you the imposter, confusion will occur , but when God sends you the original...just one look you'll be in peace.
I like the part where he says that alot of people think that if you have a connection that means everything will go smoothly. Connections are very intense and people can feel vulnerable. If there is any lack of healing it will get exposed. Theres alot that can go wrong if we do not habdle it correctly. Slow down and pray some more. Ask God how to proceed regardless if you feel they are the one for you.
This is such a good topic. It helps me realize again that my fiancé is the man God has sent to me. We met 1 1/2 before we started dating, and we were definitely nowhere near ready for each other. Right place, wrong time. He was in the middle of a separation from his wife, and I was stuck in a relationship that I couldn’t get myself out of (my own personal battle). But after we were able to get out of the bad relationships we were in and I grew closer to God, we started dating and helped him grow closer to God. He’s still working on his faith, I’m still working on mine. But we work on it together and individually.

I prayed for my wife and my wife prayed for me and through God we met. We saved ourselves for marriage I waited and saved myself for 7 years prior and we even now have a strong relationship and keeping building up on our faith is one of the most important thing you can do. Keep God first before you focus on anything else and God will lead you through to where you need to be.

When God showed me “the one” all I could do was pray because I could not see how it would happen….it was a very necessary six year process and as discouraged and impatient as I wanted to be, I still had to pray for God to be in control. I want to thank you for this message. About 22 years ago I met this beautiful man ( physically & spiritually) at our religious center. We became friends and I found out that I had actually met his family(wife, child, parents, etc.) at a celebration that he didn’t attend. A year later, I met my now ex-husband. After 20 years of marriage to a cold, sneaky man, the only major blessings I received was my 2 daughters. I met the one 33 years ago. We lost touch about 30 years ago. We talked a few times 19 years ago, but he was married with a child. After some devastating events he went through, I spent 4 years trying to find him to offer help. When we finally reconnected, the time was finally right for us. We are both certain, and we are both ready.

Jealousy and envy is the devil and when outsiders see a soulmate connection between two people they want it for themselves. They usually deep down don't care about the person they are pursuing even though they shower them with attention, compliments even say I love you and will mimic the other person in order to create a false connection. They want the powerful connection, not the person. I absolutely agree with your point about timing. I feel a soul connection with someone atm but I think we both have our own issues to sort out before we proceed into a relationship. Real soulmate connections are intense and overwhelming, exposing our true selves to another person is scary as hell and is why it's so easy to be seduced by the devil.

This hits my soul. I met my one at the wrong time. The connection from the first time we met and spoke was like no other. I have never felt a connection with anyone. This man brings such a feeling of sense and calm in his presence. He makes me want to be a better person. He draws me closer to god. Everything is perfect. My walls came down. I was so vulnerable with him in ways I’ve never been with anyone. The first 2 months was heaven. That was the calm before the storm. I was not prepared for what followed. In so many ways. All of our insecurities started rearing their ugly heads and has torn us apart. I prayed to god and was so mad. I asked why would he do this to me. My life was changing. He did that to show me of all by pain and hurt from my past that I had to heal from. It took this for me to see how all my past hurt and pain was playing a part in my life and relationships. I am now walking in my journey of healing and growing spiritually. And man healing from past hurt and pain hard. Very hard. I know that this is what god has planned for me. I am trusting in my god to guide me and heal me. I pray that my one will walk his journey to healing as well and we connect again. This connection is so strong. He is my soulmate. I feel it. I see it. I sense it. God tells me to not give up on him. God is leading me and I am following.
Years ago God told me to start praying for my husband. After that I didn’t hear anything from God for years relationships came and went still nothing from God. Several years later after a breakup God spoke and said. ‘ praying for your husband doesn’t stop once I send him it’s a continuation’ my thought was that once he’s here my prayers can stop but what I had to realize is that 1. The time/years I spent in prayer wasn’t just for him it was also preparation for me as well. 2. Sometimes God will see how we handle waiting. Will we give up, throw a temper tantrum because it’s taking too long, will we get mad and turn from God? The best way to know a person’s character is how they behave when they don’t get what they want. 3. I have to be willing to obey God when/ if he says ‘ he’s not the one’ I’ve come to the place where I can say God if it’s not him you have my permission to move him ( not always easy to accept believe me). 4. I had to remember that all those years ago God said ‘ pray for YOUR husband not A husband big difference this says that he already knows the man he has for me and I have to trust his timing and will ( again, not always easy)
Amen Sis. I’m at this level of my spiritually that I have been talking and walking with God. It gets challenge and God knows as well and that’s when He wants us to lean in. I’m praying for everything. Reading the comments someone stated that “God told them to pray for their husband”. I received the same message from Him. This connection has helped me to pray about everything and it’s helping me to heal. Many blessings we are His beloved children.

So I hear people say that God doesn’t speak but let me assure you that He does. years ago I was home from college my parents and I went to church and told my brother to lock the back door. We came home assuming the door was locked and went to bed. I was in a deep sleep when I heard God say ‘ wake up!’ the voice wasn’t loud or startling but there was a sense of urgency. I was tired and wanted to go back to sleep again God said ‘ wake up, do not go back to sleep! Look at the door’ when I looked at the door there was a man standing in the doorway. Again God said ‘ do not go back to sleep!’ When I looked again the man was at the foot of my bed and told me not to scream I of course yelled for my father and the man ran out of the house. When the police came and took my statement she said the person I described had raped a girl a few blocks from us. When God speaks it is with clarity sometimes it’s a small voice other times as I mentioned it’s with a sense of urgency. Regarding the story of God telling me to pray for my husband it was almost 15 years before I heard from God again. I’d been asking God why did I need to pray for this man and I don’t even know him? God responded ‘ because of the weight he carries as a father, husband and as a man’ now notice he didn’t say ‘ burden’ he said ‘ weight’ there’s a difference a burden is something we dread carrying but weight builds strength. So I began to pray that God would give him the strength to carry our family and I also prayed that I wouldn’t become like a burden you know the scripture about the nagging wife that causes her husband to go to the rooftop for some peacelol. I prayed God allow me to be the wife he can’t wait to come home to. When we lean in to God and seek answers from him and remain still he speaks in so many ways. Some times he says yes, others no or even not yet but our obedience to his voice is what really matters. I pray this helps. God bless!!

I've been seeing/ talking to this guy for 5 months... He has all the wonderful qualities I look for in a man, a genuine connection , checked my boxes and I prayed for God to show me signs if he's for me, like everynight I'd pray and be willing to surrender to God even if I truly like him, I was willing to let go. Last night...I confessed to him that I have feelings for him and he said that he only consider me as friends. He just got out from the divorce less than a year ago and his current goal is to explore the world, and romantic relationship is not his priority. I was embarassed but also relief at the same time. Somehow, deep inside, fast or slow, I have a faith that he's the one. I'm not gonna be waiting in agony, but deep inside, I wasn't sad that he's gone. I prayed for so long to meet my Boaz. I finally met him. But we haven't officially meet up in person, yet. He has also been waiting a long time for his Ruth. This man is patient. I love it. No rush or pressure. I know God is not ready for us to meet in person yet. I trust and will wait for the Lord's guidance. But I know for sure he is my Boaz. This touched my spirit in so many ways. I was just in the bathroom at work crying and reciting scripture Exodus 14:14 because last week the guy who I think is the one for me ended our relationship because his ex is still coming around and he was torn between the both of us since the ex has been around his daughter and I never met his daughter or family he felt that their circumstances looked better than mine since we've only dated for 3 months...but it has been the best 3 months I've had in so long! Sounds like my story. I met a good man four years ago. He treated me well. Spent time with him , we had a connection. Then to later find out that he’s holding on to a girlfriend overseas. Wow.. This story sounds so familiar. I met this man 16 years ago, but we were both in other relationships. He contacted me to confess how he felt about about me last year. Now we were both divorced.. We started spending time together and planning our future. I thanked God everyday for reconnecting us, because I had never experienced what this man had shown me. Last week after meeting his family, his ex decided she wanted him back. He made the decision to go back and sacrifice his own happiness for the sake of his young child. I’m trying to make sense of why God would send him after all these years, only to then snatch him away.
Months ago I found god after I hit rock bottom from my divorce. I prayed every day and made time for God every single day. Blessings started showing up that I once never believed would happen. I was short on rent and I talked to God asking him what do I do. That night, I had the pleasure of serving Dana White who tipped me $1000 which put me in a position to pay my rent plus groceries. I then prayed that my ex wife comes back in my life despite her infidelity and deception I still loved her and wanted my family back. She came back. Then left in a week. Came back again, left two weeks later. Came back two weeks ago but asked me to wait for her while she has her fun. I agreed. She left again. I truly believe God is shaking me trying to wake me up, slapping me around, trying to get me to realize this is not my person.

7 months ago, I met the best man; however, I kept asking God to remove him from my life if he wasn't the one. Well, this morning, God showed me. My friend found him on the dating sites. I'm ending it today. It hurts so bad, but I am so happy God is clearing the path for me to meet the man for me.

I wish I had seen this video sooner! I have met a potential husband a little over a month ago. We fell for one another from day 1. There was a friend on my part still in the picture and a trip was planned prior to me meeting this guy. I was faced with making a decision to go on the trip with a guy I've known for years who I was comfortable with, had fun with, but knew it wasn't turning into something long term OR cancel the trip and see what happens with the new guy who I had been seeing for all of 2 weeks. The connection and chemistry was there, I felt he could have been my person, but due to the short time frame, not really knowing his true intentions, I decided to go on the trip. needless to say, I chose the imposter. I do regret it because it has totally ruined the potential although I have tried to reason with him and explain where my heart belongs. He has let me go because he felt it was a test for me from God and he answer to walk away. We are very hurt by it and I really prayed things could reconcile. I have no other choice but to let him go now. We did continue to talk a bit but he definitely shut down. This video came to me last night when I was trying to find answers, and it was definitely on point, so on point, it was as if the situations mentioned were about us. Thank you for your insight. Needed this today as I’m always praying for this… I’m in a situation where I feel God put this man in my life for a reason. Now, I’m praying if he’s the one God wants for me. I agree with you 💯 I wish to add that us woman need to spend a healthy amount of time being single and stop being available for casual relationships, situationships and entanglements. A woman who is not afraid being single is super attractive and highly valued. The time during single hood is sacred and precious, It’s the best time to use that opportunity for us to connect with our intuition and God.

When I prayed over what led me to my now wife. We were still just courting he showed me year after year giving her one white rose. This was my birthday 2 weeks before the new year awhile back. We were talking on new years eve and got brave enough to tell her. Little did I know until waking up on new years day to her message. That she who had been single for 38 years that she had been quietly waiting for God to send her the man with one white rose. The rest is history. We are both paired so well. Even each of our long term best friends can see it in our eyes. Each in their own way stating how we bring each other full of life and faith.

I met my person at 20 and listened to the outside noise that came from my biological mother who is a racist and prejudice. Met him again at 33 and I listened to the outside noise and at this time I have too much emotional baggage from my ex. I ran away from him due to intense feeling of vulnerability. I might have lost him forever but God has a plan. It hurts knowing that you hurt someone you love so deeply. Even scarier not knowing what the future holds. I hope everyone finds healing and do deliberate and continuous effort to better themselves. Trust God’s timing, always.

I learned this week to be very specific and detailed in my prayers. I told God, if he's the man you choose for me, then you will make a way for him to contact me before the next morning. Got a call that night. And before you ask, I tend not to pray outloud when asking God for something. I know the devil is always listening

I agree that there may be chaos or difficulties when two people who have a connection meet, causing fear or doubt, but I do believe if the connection is TRULY from God, those two will overcome those difficulties & yes with God’s guidance, there is no way the enemy will succeed in keeping those two apart. It’s important that people realize that when GOD sends “the one” - that does not mean there will not be troubles. There will be obstacles to overcome. With the right partner this can be done. I think some people tend to fall into the misconception that because God brought you together it’s going to be smooth and seamless. It can bring a time if needed testing and that brings bonding.

I like the part where he says that alot of people think that if you have a connection that means everything will go smoothly. Connections are very intense and people can feel vulnerable. If there is any lack of healing it will get exposed. Theres alot that can go wrong if we do not habdle it correctly. Slow down and pray some more. Ask God how to proceed regardless if you feel they are the one for you.

This is such a good topic. It helps me realize again that my fiancé is the man God has sent to me. We met 1 1/2 before we started dating, and we were definitely nowhere near ready for each other. Right place, wrong time. He was in the middle of a separation from his wife, and I was stuck in a relationship that I couldn’t get myself out of (my own personal battle). But after we were able to get out of the bad relationships we were in and I grew closer to God, we started dating and helped him grow closer to God. He’s still working on his faith, I’m still working on mine. But we work on it together and individually.

I can attest! When God showed me “the one” all I could do was pray because I could not see how it would happen….it was a very necessary six year process and as discouraged and impatient as I wanted to be, I still had to pray for God to be in control. Jealousy and envy is the devil and when outsiders see a soulmate connection between two people they want it for themselves. They usually deep down don't care about the person they are pursuing even though they shower them with attention, compliments even say I love you and will mimic the other person in order to create a false connection. They want the powerful connection, not the person. I absolutely agree with your point about timing. I feel a soul connection with someone atm but I think we both have our own issues to sort out before we proceed into a relationship. Real soulmate connections are intense and overwhelming, exposing our true selves to another person is scary as hell and is why it's so easy to be seduced by the devil.
It definitely isn't an easy situation but we need to focus on doing what is truly best!
If you’re with the right person you won’t be afraid to unmask yourself he will let his pride down ans be vulnerable. Ans you will be in your Devine feminine self l, soft and submissive. Trusting. This hits my soul. I met my one at the wrong time. The connection from the first time we met and spoke was like no other. I have never felt a connection with anyone. This man brings such a feeling of sense and calm in his presence. He makes me want to be a better person. He draws me closer to god. Everything is perfect. My walls came down. I was so vulnerable with him in ways I’ve never been with anyone. The first 2 months was heaven. That was the calm before the storm. I was not prepared for what followed. In so many ways. All of our insecurities started rearing their ugly heads and has torn us apart. I prayed to god and was so mad. I asked why would he do this to me. My life was changing. He did that to show me of all by pain and hurt from my past that I had to heal from. It took this for me to see how all my past hurt and pain was playing a part in my life and relationships. I am now walking in my journey of healing and growing spiritually. And man healing from past hurt and pain hard. Very hard. I know that this is what god has planned for me. I am trusting in my god to guide me and heal me. I pray that my one will walk his journey to healing as well and we connect again. This connection is so strong. He is my soulmate. I feel it. I see it. I sense it. God tells me to not give up on him. God is leading me and I am following.

Years ago God told me to start praying for my husband. After that I didn’t hear anything from God for years relationships came and went still nothing from God. Several years later after a breakup God spoke and said. ‘ praying for your husband doesn’t stop once I send him it’s a continuation’ my thought was that once he’s here my prayers can stop but what I had to realize is that 1. The time/years I spent in prayer wasn’t just for him it was also preparation for me as well. 2. Sometimes God will see how we handle waiting. Will we give up, throw a temper tantrum because it’s taking too long, will we get mad and turn from God? The best way to know a person’s character is how they behave when they don’t get what they want. 3. I have to be willing to obey God when/ if he says ‘ he’s not the one’ I’ve come to the place where I can say God if it’s not him you have my permission to move him ( not always easy to accept believe me). 4. I had to remember that all those years ago God said ‘ pray for YOUR husband not A husband big difference this says that he already knows the man he has for me and I have to trust his timing and will ( again, not always easy)

We came home assuming the door was locked and went to bed. I was in a deep sleep when I heard God say ‘ wake up!’ the voice wasn’t loud or startling but there was a sense of urgency. I was tired and wanted to go back to sleep again God said ‘ wake up, do not go back to sleep! Look at the door’ when I looked at the door there was a man standing in the doorway. Again God said ‘ do not go back to sleep!’ When I looked again the man was at the foot of my bed and told me not to scream I of course yelled for my father and the man ran out of the house. When the police came and took my statement she said the person I described had raped a girl a few blocks from us. When God speaks it is with clarity sometimes it’s a small voice other times as I mentioned it’s with a sense of urgency. Regarding the story of God telling me to pray for my husband it was almost 15 years before I heard from God again. I’d been asking God why did I need to pray for this man and I don’t even know him? God responded ‘ because of the weight he carries as a father, husband and as a man’ now notice he didn’t say ‘ burden’ he said ‘ weight’ there’s a difference a burden is something we dread carrying but weight builds strength. So I began to pray that God would give him the strength to carry our family and I also prayed that I wouldn’t become like a burden you know the scripture about the nagging wife that causes her husband to go to the rooftop for some peacelol. I prayed God allow me to be the wife he can’t wait to come home to. When we lean in to God and seek answers from him and remain still he speaks in so many ways. Some times he says yes, others no or even not yet but our obedience to his voice is what really matters. I pray this helps. God bless!!

I've been seeing/ talking to this guy for 5 months... He has all the wonderful qualities I look for in a man, a genuine connection , checked my boxes and I prayed for God to show me signs if he's for me, like everynight I'd pray and be willing to surrender to God even if I truly like him, I was willing to let go. Last night...I confessed to him that I have feelings for him and he said that he only consider me as friends. He just got out from the divorce less than a year ago and his current goal is to explore the world, and romantic relationship is not his priority. I was embarassed but also relief at the same time.

I prayed for so long to meet my Boaz. I finally met him. But we haven't officially meet up in person, yet. He has also been waiting a long time for his Ruth. This man is patient. I love it. No rush or pressure. I know God is not ready for us to meet in person yet. I trust and will wait for the Lord's guidance. But I know for sure he is my Boaz. One day, I got a phone call from a terrible man I dated 6 years ago. I was shocked and irritated. Why is he asking me to go out with him. I blocked him and rebuked the devil. He was definitely the imposter. Then one day, I met a man in the parking lot of Walmart. He was also an imposter. Both of these 2 imposters were sent by the devil. I have a very good relationship with God. So the enemy couldn't win. So now, I am just waiting patiently until God tells me it's time and gives me His spiritual guidance. I love God so much❤

This touched my spirit in so many ways. I was just in the bathroom at work crying and reciting scripture Exodus 14:14 because last week the guy who I think is the one for me ended our relationship because his ex is still coming around and he was torn between the both of us since the ex has been around his daughter and I never met his daughter or family he felt that their circumstances looked better than mine since we've only dated for 3 months...but it has been the best 3 months I've had in so long! Sounds like my story. I met a good man four years ago. He treated me well. Spent time with him , we had a connection. Then to later find out that he’s holding on to a girlfriend overseas. I did ask God “Why would you bring this man in my life”? I later realize zed why. It was to prepare Me for the right one. He was just a preview of what was to come.
Wow.. This story sounds so familiar. I met this man 16 years ago, but we were both in other relationships. He contacted me to confess how he felt about about me last year. Now we were both divorced.. We started spending time together and planning our future. I thanked God everyday for reconnecting us, because I had never experienced what this man had shown me. Last week after meeting his family, his ex decided she wanted him back. He made the decision to go back and sacrifice his own happiness for the sake of his young child. I’m trying to make sense of why God would send him after all these years, only to then snatch him away.

Months ago I found god after I hit rock bottom from my divorce. I prayed every day and made time for God every single day. Blessings started showing up that I once never believed would happen. I was short on rent and I talked to God asking him what do I do. That night, I had the pleasure of serving Dana White who tipped me $1000 which put me in a position to pay my rent plus groceries. I then prayed that my ex wife comes back in my life despite her infidelity and deception I still loved her and wanted my family back. She came back. Then left in a week. Came back again, left two weeks later. Came back two weeks ago but asked me to wait for her while she has her fun. I agreed. She left again. I truly believe God is shaking me trying to wake me up, slapping me around, trying to get me to realize this is not my person.
This is an amazing monologue. When emotions are strong we slowly distance or release our hold. I have created a support system to walk this journey. Discernment is needed in this event, waiting, listening and praising God.

I wish I had seen this video sooner! I have met a potential husband a little over a month ago. We fell for one another from day 1. There was a friend on my part still in the picture and a trip was planned prior to me meeting this guy. I was faced with making a decision to go on the trip with a guy I've known for years who I was comfortable with, had fun with, but knew it wasn't turning into something long term OR cancel the trip and see what happens with the new guy who I had been seeing for all of 2 weeks. The connection and chemistry was there, I felt he could have been my person, but due to the short time frame, not really knowing his true intentions, I decided to go on the trip. needless to say, I chose the imposter. I do regret it because it has totally ruined the potential although I have tried to reason with him and explain where my heart belongs. He has let me go because he felt it was a test for me from God and he answer to walk away. We are very hurt by it and I really prayed things could reconcile. I have no other choice but to let him go now. We did continue to talk a bit but he definitely shut down. This video came to me last night when I was trying to find answers, and it was definitely on point, so on point, it was as if the situations mentioned were about us. Thank you for your insight. I have learned alot! I will make sure I talk to God more before making decisions. I am now more prepared for next time. Whether it be with him or the next potential person.

When I prayed over what led me to my now wife. We were still just courting he showed me year after year giving her one white rose. This was my birthday 2 weeks before the new year awhile back. We were talking on new years eve and got brave enough to tell her. Little did I know until waking up on new years day to her message. That she who had been single for 38 years that she had been quietly waiting for God to send her the man with one white rose. The rest is history. We are both paired so well. Even each of our long term best friends can see it in our eyes. Each in their own way stating how we bring each other full of life and faith.

I met my person at 20 and listened to the outside noise that came from my biological mother who is a racist and prejudice. Met him again at 33 and I listened to the outside noise and at this time I have too much emotional baggage from my ex. I ran away from him due to intense feeling of vulnerability. I might have lost him forever but God has a plan. It hurts knowing that you hurt someone you love so deeply. Even scarier not knowing what the future holds. I learned this week to be very specific and detailed in my prayers. I told God, if he's the man you choose for me, then you will make a way for him to contact me before the next morning. Got a call that night. And before you ask, I tend not to pray outloud when asking God for something. I know the devil is always listening

I absolutely love this video and love the wisdom you shared 🙌🙏. There are so much powerful things to learn from every point you made. I agree that there may be chaos or difficulties when two people who have a connection meet, causing fear or doubt, but I do believe if the connection is TRULY from God, those two will overcome those difficulties & yes with God’s guidance, there is no way the enemy will succeed in keeping those two apart. When it’s truly of God, love will cast that fear out & allow the two to embrace each other. This is one of the reasons why rejection can be such a blessing, because the right person will overcome & will not be driven by fear but by love ❤️
I asked God to show me my husband now that I’m working on myself so we can be best friends when it’s time for us to get married…and months later God connected me to this man of God via Facebook and from day one we both felt a strong connection…He naturally became my best friend and we both are growing into this beautiful friendship, trusting that God will make things happen if we were truly meant to be together. Ive learned so much from my past failed relationships and now I know better…I’m meeting what I can call good men in my area but I never feel really connected to them as I felt with my Facebook friend..it’s really weird and sometimes I wonder why..but I believe God does everything for a purpose..I simply need to focus on God and allow him to guide me🙏🏾
