I will say for myself, but maybe it's also the case for somebody else. When I have a bad day and things seem pale and meaningless there's a few little things that help me to keep going. One them is definitely this podcast. I might not always understand what is it that Bill is talking about at the moment, but it's always good to hear him and the day is a bit brighter from then on❤

Riverside, CA is a dope place (the IE in general). I moved there for a year in 2016 from Atlanta. Had a great time
too hot there... you can't ride a bike there during the day. It smells so badly of chicken shit farms while driving there from the LAX airport
@@ralphwiggum240 I haven’t been back since I left, but I much prefer the dry heat over the humid hot southern summers. Also I rode my skateboard almost everyday when I was out there so I’m not sure why you can’t ride a bike. They have a lot of sidewalks. More than where I’m from
@@believeincez you can't ride a bike there, because the heat is too much. It is 120 degrees on the surface of the sidewalk. The dog was jumping in the pool every hour to cool off. My Adidas Sambas were melting through to my feet and my feet were burning just touching the sidewalk. When I was in the car, the AC was on full blast and the windshield was so hot you couldn't touch it. Are you sure you were in Riverside CA? Doesn't sound like you were if you didn't experience that heat.

IT'S AN ILLUSION "gun violence" IS NOT ON A RISE
(keep in mind, this is not of my opinions, but of certain facts shared by everyone in our society. They are true in all our lives)
For at least the last 20 years "gun violence" has been less than 15% of what it was in the 60's,70's,80's,90's. & it's been dropping fast with every year. Back then there was a mass/school shooting almost every week somewhere in the U.S.. Before the internet & cell phones, people tried to keep things like school shootings out of national news, most of the time it was in local news only. You only got info about it if you lived in the area.
Today everyone gets the info as it happens or just after. Things like "school shooting" effect everyone at emotional levels (we are not use to dealing with). It makes it feel/look/appear like it's on a rise.
How do i know this ? Documents that are available to the public, AKA "local news" of every publication in the U.S. during 60's thru 90's (over 450). Yes i read them all.
