Have a great day, and as always, thanks for watching! - Игры
Apparently you can dodge roll to escape being stuck with the Grappling Hook, so you don't need to respawn to fix it! Thanks to those who commented letting me know!
Have a great day, and as always, thanks for watching!
I just switch weapons and it unstucks me from grapple gun stuck
This is what I do too, scroll the mouse wheel once and you are no longer stuck.
Double up on Grappling Hooks and can go nonstop
You can also call your riding mount to get a higher vantage point, before using the grappling hook
You can also just swap yoy your next weapon that's what I always do
I'm hoping they introduce a job/responsibility update (sort of like in Rimworld) so you can tell specific Pals what NOT to do. There are so many times i've assigned a pal to a specific task, and it just runs off to start chopping wood or carrying materials around.
Also job priorities aswell, seems like any pal with lumbering just ignores other tasks to chop wood too often
@@pirate135246it’s really inefficient for pals like Anubis who have 4 handiwork stat to start doing transport and mining when u don’t want them to, I was honestly looking for a job priority setting for a while since I thought they’d think of that even this early in the games stage
@@pirate135246 That's by design though. Certain tasks are always prioritized over others. For example a watering pal will always prioritize watering over anything else. Same for seeding. Logging and mining also have high priorities, but lower than watering and seeding. Ranching also always has the highest priority on a pal that has it.
If you don't want your pals to do random things, you need to use pals that have less possible tasks. You can make your base run very smoothly by just picking the right pals for the right jobs.
yeah i know that, but that design basically makes most of the pals worthless for bases. They need to add a work tab akin to rimworld in to customize priorities. @@DaShikuXI
Or they just abandon the breeding building... It's so annoying
Fun Fact: You can put some small buildings like pal bed, incubator, feedbox, etc inside the breeding farm. The feedbox in particular is great so that the breeding isn't interrupted when they go hungry.
I put a feed box there too. Now I'll put 2 beds. I don't like it when they run off, it makes me think they're not "'working"
you can put a chest in your ranch as well so all the drops stay there
Huge pure quartz deposit at -207, 256 in the snowy mountains. Its on a small hill/mountain. Usually has 9 deposits at any given time.
In my experience, the best spot for farming Pal Fluids is the Gobfin's Turf travel point at 149, -207. Gobfin and Surfent spawn at an insanely high rate there. You can mount something like a Beakon, and ride around 1-2 shotting everything and accumulate a high amount of fluids in a very short time.
Another good way i have found out is to have a orserk out, since his ability makes it so you get 2x the drops from water pals. Then go to the penking arena, each time you enter 3 little ones will spawn which you can quickly kill, and then leave. Then you can just re-enter again and keep repeating this. As long as you dont kill the alpha pal in there you can keep going like for forever.
I love your guides you have no idea. Your very smart and talented and efficient without your guides i would be a headless chicken running around wasting my time. These guides mean a lot to me and my enjoyment for a game
This guide is so thorough and easy to follow, as someone who has put tons of hours into the game but has been struggling to optimize my bases, this video is just so helpful!
This video is god tier, I’ve been looking to compare ideas with someone who isn’t like “PUT BASE NEAR ALOT OF RESOURCE” base spot with 0 rocks and 0 trees stops so much buggy crap
We need more people to get onto their website or whatever and say that we NO LONGER want to hold down the F key for an hour to craft as it's damaging to keyboards. Just a press and let it do its thing for however long.
Just finished the video. Followed the entirety of it and it has really done miracles for my playthrough. Thanks much!
Good tip: if you use the grappling gun and get stuck just scroll to one of you other equipment's. Using the scroll method is also a really good way to fly around with you glider
They added where you can just push control and you’ll cancel the animation
This is the best base guide I've seen by a landslide. And I've been seeing LOTS!
Thank you so very much!
What an extremely useful guide, well thought out and explained clearly. Just thought I'd add that at 15:03 you used the grappling gun to get you from the spawn point to the storage box. Ingenious! Thank you for all your effort!
This is extremely helpful, and I will most definitely end up migrating my current main base to the one shown here. As a new player, I thank thee!
Just a heads up you can 100% get raided at this spot. Happened to me twice already as I was setting things up.
Thanks for the tips as always, buddy.
You're helluva a guide maker, pal.
Hey ext! Thanks for the kind words and donation, and for watching!
I just want to say, the way you speak and the video's pace is amazingly done. Just from that alone got me to subscribe.
Edit: omg marshmallow
This video helped me out a lot deciding where to build bases and which pals to choose for productivity, thank you very much sir!
Wow very fortunate to stumble upon this video, earned my subscription!!
Thanks for the coal and ore base idea. Ive been trying to figure out how to get that more efficiently. Mucho appricated boss.
Really really great video. I have been struggling like crazy to figure out whether I wanted a farm, production, and mining base, or some other combo. I really like how you set up your main production base since it is so efficient it removes the need for a farm base, leaving room for another resource base. I'm not sure if I want a coal base, though, since I think you can make charcoal without too much effort. If I didn't do coal for the third, I'm not sure what else would be good. Either way, though, love the guide!
Thank you very much for this vailable information. It's very, very, very important.
One of the best and most useful and correct facts about Palworld so far. 90% of all the other videos are just telling BS, this is the most accurate tbh.
Great video. I am saving this to come back to it later in the game
Great guide! Very informative and fast
you can release the grappling hook by pressing the dodge button, saving you time from having to respawn.
Really enjoying this game so far,
Not tweaked with the settings at all and just taking my time making my base
Actually a game worth taking your time with
Great video,thanks for making this.
Don't need tips for this game, but Shatter helped me a bunch during ER, just boosting the algorithm.
So helpful man! Really thank you 😊
Awesome video, very concise. All sorts of info I was after and plenty I didn't know I was after, cheers.
Thank you for this!!! Awesome!!
Thank you for this guide , its exactly what i needed and you also made timestamp so you are a real mvp !❤
best explanation so far!! thx man
Hello. You tell everything perfectly, thank you. Subscribed to your channel!
This is so helpful. Thank you a lot
You're an absolute legend for these guides!
Nice video. Basically what I want, 1 main base and 2 ore bases. Though my 2nd ore base will be at a quartz spot up north. 1st ore base at a spot that does ore/charcoal. Then I will just manually get sulfur.
Great video, everything is clear logical and easy to follow even for a new player like me 😊
Yeah I've been at the beach base since day one. Hands down the best home base to chill and not worry about raids.
So weird, I wonder why this spot doesn't get raided
@@zachwithnok I am in one of the northern islands- i dont get raided either, im theorizing that certain zones arent raidable.
@@KelebMoonDancer Are you also built on a beach or just on the island? I have 2 bases and the one entirely without land access hasn't been raided, but the other one is in a starter zone and still gets raided. I'd like to figure it out, but I'm not sure it's intended and won't be patched eventually.
Came for the guide. Stayed for the Marshmallow. Nice video sir
A very good tip/bug i found was when waiting for the cooldown with the grappling gun, just re-equip and the cooldown will reset instantly
For pal fluid id recommend to get an orserk early by breeding Grizzbolt and relaxaurus, getting, grizzbolt is in the same sanctury as azur if ur looking for her and relaxaurus can be gotten through invades or in the wild around relaxaurus lux. Orserk ability lets u double water pal loot for pal fluid while hunting not to mention 4 electricty and pretty badass pal.
Appreciate the tip, i made a mining base with the ore and coal, it wasnt claimed on the server im on
Another good flat area for a starting base is on the beach behind where you spawn. There is also a cave there which you can raid frequently.
Sadly, there is debris (ship wreck, that cannot be destroyed) on the beach, which hinders buildings
The beach also confuses the hell out of raiders so there's that too
8:20 - Best place to farm Pal Fluid is Gobfin's Turf Fast Travel point 148,-207 and the beaches all around. Gofin's drop multiple Pal Fluid sometimes. Tons of them in the area. I went for a few minutes and had 80 Pal Fluid
You can scroll to another weapon to escape being stuck. Also you can unequip the hook to reset the timer to hook again.
If you want your pals to put all ingrediants in the Fridge you can occupy your Feed box with mulitply groups of honey since it doesn't expire and just leave berries at the start. I put my kitchen and feed box right next to my farm for easy pathing and shorter journies for more efficent work. Stocks food faster and lasts much longer.
Goated tip with the honey, I assumed if food box was full they'd just stop gathering food
wow great location
I would recommend some sort of dark ice pal as they work through the night keeping the cooling box active longer.
1st.....Great video, you got a new sub.
Thank you Error!
I just built one base to do everything. Opening multiple bases caused my pals to bug out.
I built upwards (3 levels). Using stone foundation. The only thing i have on the ground is some boxes for my pals to put supplies in and feed boxes.
You can even grow berries and stuff in your building.
Use your top floor for the ranch and breeding. My location has coal, ore, and wood, I only had to build a stone site.
There is a space you can go under water at the other side of water in your second base. You can put foundation there and wall top of them and then go to surface and build on top of walls
Very thorough and really well spoken! Subbed and liked.
Do you think you could cover pal attack skills at some point?
There is actually a really easy way to farm pal fluid right near the main base. Go to the penking boss and it will spawn with pengullets. Kill the pengullets WITHOUT killing penking, then leave the area and rinse and repeat
“you’re helping me feed my cat, his names marshmallow” 😂😂
brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrooooooooooooooooooooooo i jsut realised that you are the dude from elden ring who helped me trough my journey // broooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo what a nice guide
Helzephyr are also good for transporting and can do it all day and night with the downside being higher food cost.
Great guide just wish you would have shown list of all 20 pals in ur compound
Really liked the layout you used on your flat area base in the video! Just placed a palbox on a flat section of the northwest starter island. Hoping with a flat base and good positioning of stations it will be less of a problem. My main base near the OG starting area has had many of the issues you mentioned with pals wandering - I even watched one time as one kept walking towards something on the defensive wall and glitched through. Do you notice less of the hang ups when building in the first flat location you showed?
You can also swap weapon equip like to bow or pickaxe and it'll unstick you if you don't want to move in a direction
If grappling Stuck, the quickest way to get unstuck is to switch to a different weapon you have equipped, by default, respawn drops all items in inventory unless you changed in the game settings
I appreciate how you mention J. Ignis is difficult to acquire but it would’ve been nice if you provided what you think the second best option would be
i'm sure you've figured it out by now but another way to get unstuck from the grappling hook glitch is scrollwheel change weapons. worked for me at least.
awesome I have that same beach side location. Ive not been raided either but some thugs be hanging around on the beach sometimes
Thanks for the walkthrough, how would you mod the setup with only 15 pals in coop mode?
For the final tip of your pals getting stuck and then dying, (I haven’t tried this and if it doesn’t work just let me know) I have an idea. What if you build some walls to prevent it from happening or even to limit how often it COULD happen? Might make your base look a little scuffed but it might help with the issue. I’ll have to try it myself, but the idea randomly came to me while watching this
Anubis can also be bred from Chillet and Cyvern
how did you build your ramp down into the water? i think if we built it like that all around the pool up there then maybe they want fall into the water so much and be able to walk back up. but it wont let me place a ramp really anywhere lol
If you want to sacrifice production for efficiency, put a ranch in your mining base with a caprity and some sort of transporting pal (or just let the Anubis do it when they can)
Free berries, and it tends to work well. I'm single-basing right now with a friend but we're at a point where we're overproducing food and we're barely trying.
Its a minor point in the video but that mention of quartz was life saving for me as i didn't know if i wanted my last base to be a coal or quartz base since i didn't know how much quartz you actually need and its harder to get. While coal, i know you need a ton of, but it is easier to get since it's in basically every dungeon.
Coal is widely used, Quartz isn't as needed. Second base should be Ore/Coal combo. Third, up to you, Sulfur/Ore or Ore/Quartz whatever. First, ur pretty base
@@seangreen972 with quartz having such little use I would suggest keeping quartz out of the base, and just farm it manually once in a while
Your third base by the way has a sulfur deposit just North of where you placed the hot spring. You can place it so you get both ore and sulfur.
some tips for the tips, u can switch items to undo being stuck with grapple and also u can just right click items to move them into chests to save time
Appreciate the good info!
Another tip to your tip for the tips, you can press R while you have a chest open to instantly transfer stacks from your inventory to the chest (only stuff that is already in the chest).
I got a jormuntide ignis from a scorching egg. Also would a digtoise work well at the mining base?
Best pal oil spot is around Anubis hot area and kill or capture drumud and digtoise in my opinion.
Don’t have to respawn to unstuck grapple you can just switch tools.
Hey, have you tried building whole base on foundations (base 1 for food and crafting) and does it help with pals getting stuck?
I haven't tried that. It could be worth trying assuming it doesnt cause other issues!
Nothing fixes them being stuck. Either gotta build huge 2x2 panel holes in the walls or keep the bases wide open. Pals always get stuck on everything
The best setup I have found is Home (production), Ore base and breeding base.
Hey amaizing video! Is there any chance you can show us what pals you have at your home base? and why?
Ya im probably gonna relocate my main base. I picked the small clearing right next to the first fast travel point and am having a rough time trying to make things fit.
I wish we could transfer items to other bases remotely instead of having to manually lug everything over
Same here. I'm not looking forward to moving the base, but I chose the same spot you did and it's just gotten too crowded.
Are there any good ways to destroy bases and transfer all the materials to another one? I want to get rid of my starter base but I don’t want to have to go back and forth transferring a few items at a time if I don’t have to.
I really hope that the developers increase the palbox radius.
Do you have any recommendations on the stat spread for a lvl 50 character?
Do pals eat more on harder levels? I have two berry farms and I just make baked berries for everyone, havn´t had any problems yet. My max is 15 pals though, might change that.
did they make bases bigger. i am trying to place a palbox without touching the ore mine nor the trees and i cant do it. the circle seems bigger than in 00:51
EDIT: i did it but its still bigger somehow. the trees and ores are just about outside the circle while you seem to have more space. weird
What are those metal squares borded on the outside of base 3 + what do they do?
i have my base at the same location shown im at 13:46, but the problem i run to is my pals not mining/bringing the resources in, what can i do about it?
Correction at 0:41 The normal max pals in your base is 15 not 20. Unless the server were tampered and made it into 20 pals per Max Paltown you made.
I feel like there's some mechanic where if you build defensive walls or traps, the game raids you more and with more people? It could just happen to be while I'm leveling and they get harder, but it seemed like it had something to do with that bc as soon as I put up defensive walls they started attacking the base like crazy. And then I built a new base at the one ore location, and that kept constantly getting attacked even though it was not very defended.
Do you have a video of going over the research tree?
No, if you get stuck with the Grapple gun just switch to a different tool/weapon. Works for me. Though another hazard is that if you grapple near a wall your character will climb it, that is when you are truly stuck.
I’m level 20 but mainly stayed around my base and just leave for the things I need to level base as I go. How do I get a good flight tame? Like yours?
increase your stamina will increase flight time
I have experienced so many map glitches while playing the game, first when you stumble upon bushes you will most likely get stuck under it, another is when u summon your pal then mounted on an area with a low ceiling, etc.
I set the servercfg to have 20 max pals and im still locked on 15 how did you get it to 20?
the cats at the end lol !
Are there any other coal farm spots? The OP spot is taken on my server and I have never seen another spot mentioned for coal.
there is one in the desert, southeast of the PIDF Tower Entrance. It only has coal though, no ore unfortunately.
can you drop a list with an overview of all the pals and the amount used for that base?
You can change weapon to come off the hook as well.
Has anyone tried locking pals into designated areas?
For example I have 5 crop fields. I want my pal to water all of them and also operate my mill/crusher.
Does building up walls around those items and throwing in some beds and food work? Can we essentially make walled off city districts?
This is exactly what I was thinking of trying
hv u tried ?
I used to respawn as well when getting stuck with the grappling hook, but there's a better way. All you have to do is switch weapons!
Hey how do you put text on storage box like HATS, OLD Gear
The best way I could find to deal with pals dying on mining base was one:
Build an entirely connected platform encircling the base and putting walls with no windows and a roof, the glitch still happens but at a lot less rate.
The other way is that everytime one of them gets stuck, I find them and build a roadway for them to get back to base themselves as to prevent future problems, which made the outer edge of my base look like a maze.
