- This is a remote control that will turn the page of your favorite e-reader, such as Kinde, Kobo or Nook. It attaches to the side of the device and will turn pages at a click of a button. An innovative product, one of a kind.

I really like this device, perfect for winter when you are just randomly browsing stuff and you would like to do it in the comfort of your blanket, without having to get your hand out of your cozy setup and swipe
I came here to find out how to pair the ring with the book clip, so no help here.
This product really challenges the Dasung Ming in the abzerdity stakes 😁
Lollll
Well said
@@goodereaderBud, when you tested the back button on the ring device at 4:13 you can clearly see it didn't go to the previous page, but it kept going forward. There's something wrong going on with this test.. I need to make sure this clip attached to the kindle is able to "flip" the pages backwards before I decide to buy it. I've seen that there's a combo option with 2 clips included, so I don't know if I need just one clip to be able to flip both directions or 2 clips so one is configured to go forward and the another go backwards. Could u plz confirm this for me?
I wonder something no one mentions: How soft is the clip? I don't want to damage my screen :(
@@RE-xv9fp true. Same question here!
Does it really turn the page back too?
No it does not, it would need to be on the left side of the device to turn back. And if it’s on the left, you would need to move it to the right to turn the page forward
Honestly, it would've been better if it would simulate a keyboard/HID device. Then I can see it being useful for a lot of devices. Just make the receiver smaller and connect to the USB-C port, the remote would have to be programmable but that is also quite easy to do.
These devices already exist, I use one with my Boox ereader. They're called "Presentation Remotes" and you can find ones with USB-A, USB-C, or even just Bluetooth. The one I got switches between PgUp/PgDown, Up/Down, Left/Right, or VolUp/VolDown. Works with most reading apps on Android.
Yes indeed, this just came across the desk, we're not saying it's new, we reviewed these many many years ago
the ring stopped working 4 months after i bought it. The box lights red when charging and blue when i put the ring in it but the ring no longer charges and the purple light on the ring doesnt turn on any more. $43 for 4 months is too expensive. i will not buy this again.
Does it work over a case? My kids are asleep next to me so I couldn’t lost to the audio but I’ll watch it when j get the device
I've been waiting for an answer to this question also. Nobody mentions or shows using it with a case. That's a game changer for me.
Mine goes forward only and not backwards! Can I change that? Please let me know and thank you
You would need to put it on the left side

Awesome comment!
I can see it being useful for maybe people that may have limited mobility and want to keep their reader or tablet mounted or set down somewhere where they can see it comfortably.
@@Guy_on_RUclips Yes, perhaps for Scribe - large and relatively heavy. OK, you have a point.
I only read in bed while laying down. I use a holder/arm and would love this to not have to raise my arm up to tap the screen for anything.
@@imthedrivingcrooner Interesting. I also mostly read in bed, but hold my Voyage or PW Signature just like DTB. Then again, if you use Scribe, I can see how a stand and remote could come handy.
It's not working for me out of the box and there is no bluetooth option on my kindle, what's the troubleshooting option?
Hey there, as it says on the display picture and the title, this is not bluetooth, this is RF
This does not have anything to do with your Bluetooth settings on the Kindle itself
If the unit doesn't work out of the box, I believe you have a dud
@goodereader thanks for replying, you're right it had nothing to do with bluetooth (derp haha) I figured it out but it doesn't work perfectly. Still, better than nothing, thanks!
this thing is massive. Why on earth would I want that huge plastic thing hanging off my kindle. I think it'd rather turn the page 'manually'.
Surely it can be smaller!
The sukuyu is smaler
why is it better than syuukuyu
Not against the product and It's aim.
Just think it's needlessly complicated. I mean, would the people who "need" an aid like this be able to fiddle with 3 more "things" around?
Hi, just because I am disabled doesn't mean I am dumb and cannot use devices. Ableism isn't funny.
@@TUBEalicious Hi, i was not aiming to be funny. It's was an honest question. If this kind of aid actually is useful for even the remotest of cases, then great :)
Reading in bed...arthritis..etc.
Glad you gave this insightful review. My sister was just thinking of getting this for her new kindle ppw5. Thanks alot!
