Second, please play the base PvE campaign as a minimum for destiny in these next seasons. If you invest, go for it. We all like to see a happy bless and I think as a voice actor and as a fan, I am most interested in how you perceive the comming destiny narrative. To be fair, it has improved dramatically.

So, as for the speaking thing with the races.
I think its still in line with what we have. Variks purposely made himself sound alien so humanity would lower their guard around him and make him seem less serious. He drops the gimmick in Beyond Light when yelling at Eramis.
With the hive, or more so Savathun, I think it makes sense. She deceives, so having a mastery of other languages, even having control over accents, would make sense and help her out a lot.
Not too sure why the Cabal don't have an accent. For the Eliksni it makes more sense because many of them tried to integrate into humanity's culture, but the Cabal aren't that way.
Vex obviously don't speak English, although I'm sure they could if they really wanted. Vex speak their classic metallic sounds as well as a more metallic angelic singing.
Honestly that analysis is pretty good I hope we can see more of that in the game tbh and I hope she does more voice things

Do it! I highly encourage you to seek out Coaching from *ACTIVE* Voice Actors/Directors. I took classes form Steve Blum and Charlie Adler. Highly suggest Steve Blum's classes for starting out!

I've watched every Destiny reveal you've covered. Keep at it, Destiny is actually fire and this season's story is gonna be crazy. The first ten weeks of any new season are usually worth playing. Nice bottle of water, btw. Where can I get one of those?

So you mentioned the voice acting. At first i had the same reaction. But i think that it's perfect and ill explain why if you care.
So with her being the god of lie, deception, etc... i think having the very young human voice is perfect. From a lore perspective and a little psychology, i think she has many tongues, voices, tones, but i think she intentionally chooses to speak in this voice. Its familiar to us. When she speaks you almost forget she is a Hive God. It gives you a false sense of security. If she can make her voice familiar and comforting... then it helps her obtain whatever she's after.

I actually started following you for your Destiny 2 content, loved it. Even came to your streams purely for that.
With Crossplay now a thing, you might consider playing with viewers. I don't have a 100% solid team but hey more than willing to get a group together for VoG to help you out as long as you don't mind playing Xboxers.
Destiny 2 as a whole has improved since you played it last, and absolutely worth it if you want to invest time and energy in leveling up.

so glad to see Blessious bad. It sucks seeing him so like bummed out and talk shit about himself tho. The dude deserves more recognition but he came across really bitter and depressed in this video which kinda made it not as enjoyable. Kinda ruined the vibe ngl. But I still love the dude's content!
Caital has a husky and husky accent (very toothy, very gritty by comparison. Calus also sounded very bassy and gritty too (he is voiced by the man who does Reinhardt from Overwatch so he has that hulking stature voice down)
The Spider, Mithrax, Eido, Eramis and Variks all sound like they talk through respirators and are very spindly.
Oryx sounded like a blood curdling conquering warrior king. Nokris sounded bassy like a boogeyman from the deep. Savathun sounds somewhat "normal" probably because she needs to be able to communicate and deceive easily.
So I don't know what you are talking about when you say the races don't sound different. Perhaps you have your own perception on how they should be characterized, but to say that the races don't have distinct accents or inflection is kinda nuts.

On Savathun's voice actress-Why would a trickster goddess, who whispers and manipulates you, have a deep guttural voice like Orxy? Her voice being pleasing sounding, clear, eloquently spoken is the whole point.

World PvP would be super sick idea but there's all the hackers who would make shit awful. Playing as buffed up enemies from any of the alien factions would be stellar.
