Well, it may be a late grab trick (flip, then right trigger, then grab), or basically mods with more controls, I guess
@@semajyo9628 have to tweak a grab while you're upside down and close to the snow or a wall etc.

Haven't bought the game yet, still enjoing TSG. But from the gameplay clips I've seen so far, I hope they'll add baggier clothes, stance adjustments and spring season maps with slush and dirt (one of the things that made Amped so unique).
With all those deep winter maps it still looks way too similar to Snow, Steep, Infinite Air.
No snowboarding game compares to this game. best snowboard game made ever.
Infinite Air was similar, Steep was a totally different game though, truly an apples and oranges comparison. Not sure Snow is even worth mentioning.
The comparison wasn't meant about the game as a whole, instead the look of the map, those games take all place on a big mountain in winter, none of them feature a single slushy spring snowpark, that's wasted potential.

RR is a mountain sport game whereas shredders is a snowboarding simulator, IMO too different to compare in terms of gameplay, but yes shredders mechanics feel much much better

The game shredders looks nice but the thing about riders republic is that you never get bored in the game cuz of all thise rewards with sponsors and stuff.
but the skiing and snowboarding doesnt feel so steezy like in this game ... I would love to see this game on ps5 but its microsoft exclusive i think :/
RR gets boring for people who don’t care about achievements and only care about clips. The axis are locked so there is a finite number of tricks you can do, in terms of raw gameplay it’s very restrictive and repetitive
Games like this have an infinite amount of replay value by the simple fact that you can always find new ways to be creative and improve your style. The controls of the game give you so much liberty that you can easily spend hours just doing (or trying to do) the same trick over and over again, tweaking a few things here and there, and not get bored. I have so many hours in a game like Skater XL (with mods) and this game has no story, no achievements, no rewards... it's the technical liberty that makes people go back to these simulation type games
