The 65-seat restaurant designed by Spin Design Studio, overlooks the spectacular Victoria Harbour and includes a wood-paneled private dining room for seating up to 12 guests, as well as an open kitchen. Caprice boasts Hong Kong's first cheese cellar, which houses a vast selection of artisanal French cheeses sourced straight from the most passionate affineurs, an extensive and award-winning wine list and boasts the adjoining Caprice Bar.
