    Thank you for this! I have not tried using the Kittl template, but am confused about the dotted lines that indicate where the right center and left center is on the Printify template.... I notice there are no dotted lines in the Kittl template.. how important are those dotted "right center", "left center" lines? I have been using the method of finding the middle of my design, then making sure the "right" "left" dotted lines fall in the middle of the design... it always looks good in the non-context preview, but it doesn't look right in the context preview... do you have any thoughts or suggestions about this? I am finding mugs to be a little confusing.. don't want to sell anyone a bad product.. thank you so much!!

I have AI access and art skills, so the imaging and formatting is all kinda in my wheelhouse. They seem like fantastic tools for those that aren't quite as proficient with the more advanced tools. Just wondering if I missed something key about the image formatting process?

    • @alexandral6997
      @alexandral6997 10 месяцев назад +1

      There is a chance of it selling, although you probably won't sell a lot of them. You have a higher chance of selling that particular mug if it is unique and there are few mugs listed with those search terms. I was successful selling creepy Halloween plates because I was the only one selling them. They were a pain to make though, so I didn't make more than a handful.

    Great content! Very helpful. A question. You suggested pricing mugs at $12.99. I recently sold a mug priced at $15.50 where the production partner was Printful. Printful charged me $14.44 and Etsy deposited $13.61, so I made a LOSS of $0.83 ! 😪🤔. (Obviously, had I listed at $12.99 I would have lost even more.) How to avoid this in the future? Did it occur because I used Printful but with Printify it would not occur? Also, even Printify state that their white mug starts from $4.40 - meaning it could cost even more ?

    • @crochethooksandbooks
      @crochethooksandbooks 11 месяцев назад +3

      You have to factor in all the cost in order to know what you will earn. I read to look at different print on demand companies to get the best price. You clearly didn't do the math correctly to understand what you would be earning. No hate, just saying, your math has to be right so this doesn't happen, make sure you understand all the charges, on the POD and Etsy side.
