It is, my main PVP build has been the mechanic in blunderbuss for a very long time now. I absolutely demolish 3 V3’s and duels, and can’t be touched in the FFA zone except by the broken fire staff. I use Tumblr foot wraps with a lot of jerking heels, and for the blunderbuss you skip last shot and choose between net shot to help slow down your targets and allow you to more easily put a trap on them, or once you get really good, you use claw shot to quickly close the gap and really surprise a lot of people and catch them off guard. Essentially it’s trap into sticky bomb into another trap, because in PVP most players will have some sort of freedom to get out of your initial trap by the time you’ve thrown your sticky bomb so you want to throw the second one down to keep them in place while you do your splitting grenade and tropical blast most of the time except against heavy’s. It’s an instant kill on everything. The mechanic is typically a shit on weapon, but it is so very damn good especially in PVP and I highly recommend it because I never see anybody besides myself using it and it is very underrated… Nobody can really defend against it. Additionally, I would tell you to put all of your points into strength first if you’re going PVP with this because your focus is the blunderbuss and that’s where your damage is coming from you will be up close and personal the entire time you don’t really care if you must get does any damage it is literally just a statistic for utility purposes. It sits there so that you can have your traps and your bomb and I throw crippling powder burn on my gloves Cause it’s another good way to slow your opponents down and close the gap to start your combo
@sk0omaalters96 sounds fun. so exhaustive net shot on bb and crippling powder for armor perks? So the combo is basically slow enemy, trap then sticky then trap, then splitting grenade? Or blast shot first to keep them down while splitting grenade does it's thing? Or save blast shot in case they're still alive after grenades?
@@aParanormalEvent I don’t use blast shot for pvp, it’s too televised and easy to avoid. You’re going to use splitting grenades and shrapnel blast with the shrapnel bomb
I played around in OPR a little with it, but im not great at pvp, or just dont have the right gear for it either. I just really want the artifact BB hahaha

Yeah flamethrower is running rampant! I dont really mind though. I seen an entire group of 5 FS users running meteor the other night. They all stayed up top the forts just raining down and nothing but tanks could stand in it. Pretty funny despite my team hating every minute lol
Honestly, it seems like console aim lock for musket and bow is insane. Like never missing, which is wild. I did see a aimlock BB last night with a pocket healer and he was just destroying our team on our land essentially. Rough stuff lol

this build and Medium Flamethrower are my fav builds to go full troll on OPR, downside is that many squads go mad at me after some kills
