I definitely say bring foxbody. Its been together longer and now has bugs worked out of it. The whole “lets slam something together in a week and go race it” never seems to end well. Idk if its the best content and its also a detriment to the build cause things get missed or rushed. Lets see the fox really prove itself. Or break 👍👍👍👍

all the extra stuff on the rsx is just more to go wrong my vote is the stang , trev driving it around town reminds me of the start of tokyo drift where sean races the viper dont know why lol
Needs more gear. 3.55 or 3.73 would still be super cruiser friendly, as is you are barely shifting 3rd before the lights. Stock suspension mustangs can go 1.2-1.3 60’ without much more than a cheap drag shock. Sloppy sent a 4.8 turbo mustang with similar hp into the 8s in the 1/4 so i’d think this setup should go high 9s easy.
Fox body should go. Its already together and there's a lot less that needs to be done to make it a solid car. Like getting a proper Trans-Brake, and maybe some skinny tires for the front. We don't need another "Last minute rush" build to get thrown together for an event. Foxbody is finally getting the kinks worked out and I feel it'd be a lot more reliable long term than the unproven RSX. So save yourself time, stress and money and just take whats finished/working, especially since the car didn't get to run last year. Give yourself proper TIME for the RSX build. Also you definitely need to do better burnouts to really get heat in the tires. Just feels like you never really give it enough sauce in the burnout box to get tires good and hot, and thats what caused the wheelspin on the last run. Soon as I saw the weak burnout I knew it was gonna blow the tires off.
It would be awesome to have a drag strip with 4 lanes that way if you get an oil down or something else you can keep running.i know there's some tracks that have 4 lanes
