- The aftermath of the clinic's explosion- whilst Mackenzie tries to convince Luke to flee with her, Greg and Caroline face a race against time. Meanwhile Frank saves Rachel from the inferno, Rangi and Varni make their peace whilst saving a patient and Mike must face up to Jean going cold turkey. As she is waiting to escape to South America, Mackenzie discovers that Greg has left her a 'bon voyage' present.

Same here. My entire family calls her "crazy Mackenzie". Watching this again, she was totally insane.
well I wouldn't say that Oscar was completely in the 'norm' either
They should have actors getting down low (as smoke rises ) .It's more educational in this case with building fires.
So the clinic has a major fire but they can reoccupy almost immediately, would hardly be sterile or clean
by no means the first or last time this happened. They were pretty much open for business immediately after the truck crash in Christmas 1995.
Poor Mackenzie. She didn't do anything wrong.
of course not…she only bludgeoned Oscar, lied to the police, framed Caroline, drugged her stepson, helped embezzle the missing money, killed Oscar, blew up the clinic and put Rachel & Frank’s lives at risk…
@@scottyunitedboy2925 Oscar deserved what came to him. The hospital was collateral damage and Caroline shouldn't have interfered. As for her annoying stepson, well drugging him was just an easy solution. Mackenzie did nothing wrong.
