BANG!!!!
Did you get 1st?
@@mrdrains2088 Yes sir.
sounds like a fast food joint, makes me cringe seeing all the muck all over.... great work btw, keep the vids coming
This particular job was a McDonalds & it was absolutely spotless I promise. Every time I have a job at one of them, I have found them to be typically pristine.
@@mrdrains2088 Well its prob the angle and lighting that make all the tile grouts and the edges on the wall look dirty...
@@mrdrains2088
I got a serious infection in a hospital operating theater I never got anything but larger in a McDonalds.
can you do unclog everything with that machine? or do you still need more tools? and which one do you recommend for begginers?
This was a good machine, but I am in the process of switching to Rothenberger machines as I had issies with Milwaukee cables.
I believe that it unscrews......use the handle of pliers wedge in between gaps and turn counter clockwise ...may stick because of the place you are working in .....
About half of them do & about half don't & unfortunately this particular one being as old as it is does't - if you look at the grate you might notice someone has tried it in the past & bent one of the grate bars.
@@mrdrains2088 and one is missing, allowing you to use the snake.
Remove it some how or cut it off and use a grease cutter head to clean it properly then find a cover to replace.
Where did you get the other attachments from? And did it come with an attachment key?
Hi there. They came with the machine. It has been a great machine, but Milwaukee in my country is not good at supplying all the replacement cable options so I have gone to using just the hand held snake, Flex Shaft & my K50 for small lines.
Hey mate -how did you find this on 80-100mm lines? looks like it works pretty well on the smaller stuff?
I've used the machine on 1-1/4" to 4" lines, generally inside, but with a few outside 4" lines using a 5/8" cable.
Do you have video for the new light and smaller one?
Are you talking about the M18 hand held Drain Snake? I do have one of those.
@@mrdrains2088 yes
yeah.. tell us how that M18 working for you and how long had you had it and would you ever buy another one...thanks Omaha, USA.
Had it about 16 months. Machine is great, but I do have a gripe with the connectors being too thin.
I have had the 1/2" cables detach a head & cable when they flared open so I'd recommend changing out the cables, although the 3/8" cable is still the Milwaukee brand cable.
Its been light & easy to carry around town, for me a real winner.
It can’t be that powerful if your using the foot petal and feeding at the same time?
It's pretty powerful against drains/clogs like that. If you don't care for manual feeding, you can also get a SWITCHPACK Cable Drive assembly sold separately which allows for a powered forward and reverse.
I think cable drive on one of these would be overkill (at least for me).
Does the drain snake feed out into the drain by it's self or do you push and pull it ( to return ). ?
Hand fed in & out, but on a smaller machine I prefer this as you get a better feel for bends & blockages.
My mainline machine has a retriever ( can push out cable or pull it back manually or physically. My small line machine kinda like this is manual only as far as pushing or pulling cable.
I’m looking around the market for a 3/8’s drum machine.
I am a big fan of the Gorlitz brand.
How does the switch pack machine do with galvanized 90’s ?
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. I would love to move to a battery platform. I’m hesitant because these are pretty new.
Fortunately I rarely have to deal with galv pipe - feel sorry for you poor buggers that have to clean galv lines, what a PITA, so I couldn't really give you feedback on the machine in that type of situation.
Ridgid makes a wheeled 3/8 drum machine. I bought mine several years back and has worked without any issues. I'm thinking of switching to the Milwaukee because of the sheer weight of the Ridgid. Consider weight specially if you'll be doing stairs. Also a drop down attachment is good for galvanized drains. I remember a few years back the snake going astray and coming out an adjacent bathroom.
is your milwaukee still in service? any issues or regrets. I'm thinking of going battery on a drum snake.
I did a great deal of work with the M18 Switch Pack, but recently reduced the amount of commercial work I was doing so sold off the M18 Switch Pack.
5 minutes of hot water down each drain nightly would help.
Absolutely would.
What size cable?
Running 3/8" (10mm) through a 1-1/2" (40mm) floor trap.
Drink up my homies from Mcdonalds?and his?whole crew?
Which cable size is that one?
This one is 50' of Milwaukee's 3/8" (10mm) cable.
First part of the video. Touched the shit in the drain and the end of the sewer machine?? Lmfao fuck the gloves at this point
I bought this sewer machine and it scuks its only good for sinks and tubs
You absolutely right...it sucks.
Sorry you had bad luck, they're not cheap. I have done over 300 drains (mostly 40 - 75mm).
