Professor, transparency is so important and the world, international community nowadays, is more and more inter-linked, what a coincedence you and your colleagues are in global business dept. if we combine two statenemnts, we may conclude that we have to influece China to be more transparent. this is also by a point of consequentialism. as we all know, chinese government is not transparent. they don't open real number of infection and what's happening in those cities and even origin of the coronavirus. big decision surrounding coronavirus should be ethically made by letting share of all necessary information across national borders.
