This is the best tampletes edit guide I've seen on the internet so far. Its so easy to follow. Not too fast, not too wordy, the video is short but still pretty detailed. I love it.

I was totally lost and disgusted that I subscribed to Envato and had no idea how to use the video templates I downloaded. Your video was clear and concise on how to make everything work. Hi. Thank you. I have a question. How can I use the same transition template a few times for one video? When I try to bring in the transition it uses the old footage and when I change the footage, it changes all throughout the video.
You have to open a new project and change all your titles in that. Since you can have 2 projects open in premiere pro at the same time this is an easy solution for making any changes to templates in one project then copy/paste them into the timeline your working on. That way none of your previous templates will be changed. Unfortunately if you use a template and change it in one project it changes wherever it shows up previously in the timeline. Hope this helps!
