I really am enjoying the series, not only because it's a really interesting insight into the world of game dev and the madness that is Double Fine, but also because it manages to be a really interesting and well constructed documentary.
Hey guys really enjoying this! Love what I've played of broken age too! Sadly I was not a backer which I regret. Anyway thank you for making this free for us! I've started working on a game thanks to this. Well I'm doing sprites.
This has really crystallized for me something I suspected. Seems like splitting the game was not only an effort to give them extra time, but also to solve a design problem...I.e. how do you keep players from progressing one side of the story past the point at which there are spoilers for the other half.
I don't know if they didn't have main characters this far into the project or just didn't want to show that on camera but it's funny how the maiden is the lumberjack guy :D
Skyk0rn We released a single season of Devs Play and look forward to revisiting it in the near future. We have many different types of content though, so the Double Fine Adventure is now being featured.

pretty awesome to see the corset/buzzard/drumstick puzzle idea get spit out in real time 12:01 that’s actually in the game
i love this series so much. tim has a beautiful relationship with his co workers
9:10 - Seeing this art is blowing me away, I love pre-production. Everything is exploratory.
So sassy at 3:00 when Tim admits he's behind and right after "Tim Schafer - Project Lead" slides on screen.

2 years after. Just curious...I'f you don't mind, how did the game turn out? Are you working on something new?
i love you tim but the quote is, "a delayed game is eventually good but a rushed game is forever bad" so perfectly suiting broken age. Great game!
They should've called this "checkered shirt guys make game"
Wait was the dialogue tree this super sly pun that i'm just now getting

Once the game is out will you release unblurred versions of all the boards and Tim's notebook and stuff?
