*** I just got a cease and desist letter from ARBONNE. I got like 50 different products at a yard sale for $1 each sold 37 of them and then the letter came. Just a heads up.
Thank you for the heads up on this. I looked into it and it seems this is a common issue. I would advise anyone reading this to use caution with listing Arbonne products on ebay.
Can they legally do that? I mean when someone buys it retail, it is theirs to do whatever they want with it.
I got a letter last year from Vorys after buying and selling a bunch of Arbonne. I actually called them. It's an intimidation tactic and it seems to work for the most part. I didn't take my listings down. I personally think if everyone just gives in to Vorys on this, then it's ultimately going to cause more manufacturers to hire firms like Vorys to implement similar intimidation campaigns.
@@livingsignTVyes it was Vorys/Arbonne. I’m just going to increase the percentage off volume pricing to get rid of them quicker.
@@debbypeters3471 Yeah 1st sale doctrine applies with some limited exceptions. They know this but also know people get scared when lawyers Fed Ex them official looking letters threatening lawsuits. They are copyright trolls.
That first sale was amazing. Good old fashioned “just want to get rid of it” prices.

@@staygold902if you’ve ever had a garage sale you know the point is to get rid of things. You should also know no one is buying that stuff at full price. It will sit there all weekend lol.

Check the run outs on the Led Zepplin II. If it has "RL" etched on both sides then it's worth quite a bit.
I love sales where a few items you sale gets your money all back & then it's all about profits.

Yo That Christian Dior Mattel Barbie Doll is top of the mark money they are rare and they came from a 50 year anniversary fashion event in Paris in 1991.. It looked like the box was in great condition. I bought one a few weeks but my box is a it rough but still sealed and I'm asking $175 but prob will take $150. Paid $5 for the doll.

Dustin, the playstation rack is so cool. I think you should hang on to that for yourself. I've never seen one in the wild. I've only seen one rack and it was for the xbox. You guys found some really great items this time. Funny, you both went to sales that had a bunch of health and beauty stuff, among other things I've seen on hsn and qvc. I think someone in the household was addicted to home shopping. lol I wish I could find a yard sale with beekman and korres stuff that cheap. I'd buy it all. I love those products.

I've been watching for while and yard sales in your area are AWESOME!! I never find yard sales like those where I'm at. The ones near me are few and far between and full of worthless overpriced junk. I need to move back to OH (originally from the Dayton Area), now in FL.

OMG!!! Im looking across my living room at the same wood and metal ducks/geese. I was born in the 60's my parents had a set hanging in the same place for the nearly 40 years they where in that house. A few years ago i found a set at a garage sale for like $2 or $3. Even with that awesome selling price I cant bring myself to let them go. Great video as always, thanks:)

The price you list for the vinyl being sold for, is it the same print version. For example the Ozzy Osbourne Blizzard of Oz album looks like a reissue/newer version 2020 issue vs the one you show that sold for $28.00 that looks like a 1st pressing 1981. Do you just list the album for a certain price. The reissue version of that Ozzy album would be $5.00 to $8.00 at best..
Hey, so I hadn't really went through the vinyl properly prior to the edit so that's why I mentioned to take the sold comps with a grain of salt. When we actually go to list them we'll base it off of the same version.
@@propicker I sell vinyl and only use Discogs to sell it on, That platform is just vinyl collectors who buy from it.

People waste more money on ink printing comps than they will make.

We don't really have any limit on spend. We're cash flow positive on ebay every month so when we see an opportunity we can jump on it.

I love your channel and I watch you consistently, but I'd like to share something with you. When I was a kid my Mom hated when my father spoke of her in the third person when she was in the same space. I mean calling her (correct usage here) she and her like she wasn't there. I didn't understand why when I was little, but I get it now, especially when it happens continually. I noticed it many times in the very first video I watched of yours and it continued through all subsequent videos. Please consider using Jessica's name when you're on camera or in any situation when you are referring to her (correct usage) to other people when she's present/in the conversation. Say "I'm going to hand it to Jessica", not, "I'm going to hand it to her." Google what it means when someone does this. You might be surprised. Continued success!
I appreciate your support of the channel and watching consistently. I've had someone else bring this up before. The last person to bring this up was from the UK. So, I don't know if it's some British legacy custom or something. I would assume the average American doesn't see it as rude. Videos are about being entertaining and concise and pronouns are used to shorten sentences and make them less repetitive. When speaking to the camera I'll continue using them. Jessica doesn't find it rude as there is no rude intent. I'll note Jess also will say he, him, etc in regards to me on camera. I take no offense either

Great buy on the vinyl. I always look for vinyl when I'm picking. Recently picked up a rare Disneyland Twas the Night Before Christmas TV soundtrack album with music by Maury Laws, who also did the classic music for the 1960s Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer! @mopickin1
