You could do a lot with 10$ You could feed yourself with cheaper street food for a week with just 10$ but if you have your own kitchen and fridge and cook for yourself, 10$ is enough to feed you for 2 weeks if you know where to get the best deal. Or if you are extra frugal and doesn't care about your health, 10$ worth of instant noodles could theoretically feed you for a whole month.
