Linn was the specific target of the attack, although I'm not sure whether this crazy person intended to hurt/kill her or just wanted to meet her. She (the maniac was a woman) demanded to see Linn, but then Jenny's parents attacked and disarmed her before the incident got any farther. Linn wasn't in the house--she was at her own house at the time. Now, if you mean by "survived" that Jenny stayed in the band, then no, Jonas (her brother) and Ulf (his friend) also stayed in the band, and Linn stayed in the band for 13 years following the attack, so Jenny wasn't the only one who "survived." That said, Linn suffered the most not because of trauma but because of guilt, as well as the fact that she was the only target of all of the band's stalkers. Jenny, Jonas, and Ulf never received sick, perverted mail from "fans" while Linn received hundreds, perhaps even thousands, of such letters. Even people who were normal rather than sick obsessed over Linn, and eventually this became just too creepy and felt dangerous. Jenny has no problem with being famous because people don't obsess over her like this, but it was different for Linn, whose fame put her whole family in danger. That may have been one reason Linn stepped out of the spotlight and eventually quit, but I think she would have anyway because she is very private and doesn't like to be famous, while Jenny grew to enjoy the recognition. They're just different people in this way, and also had different situations. If people obsessed over Jenny like they do over Linn, then Jenny might well be hiding from her fame now, too. Thank goodness that they don't.

+Luciana Dangelo There are a lot of Linn's parts in this video, some (music video clips) with Jenny mouthing the words to Linn's voice. :) That even happened during TV performances when the shows made them lip-sync to playback--most of the earliest singles were sung solo by Linn, so her voice often seemed to come out of Jenny's mouth. To those who are familiar enough with both of their voices, I think this looks hilarious. :D
