Had a conversation with a friend today who dreams about owning an orchard one day. She said "Did I tell you, I came up with a name! Abiding Orchards." I told her it was excellent. To me it meant an orchard that abides by the laws of creation. Didn't realize until I got home that she was actually thinking about the adjective form of "abiding" : (of a feeling or a memory) lasting a long time; enduring. I think the two go hand in hand. Нравится ли Коэнам их герой? Безусловно. Как ни странно он оказывается единственным нормальным персонажем во всей истории. Советуют ли они нам жить так же как он? Не обязательно, но подумать о том, сколько в нашей жизни всего ненужного, а что на самом деле важно, это пожайлуста. And It was a pretty good story. Don't you think? It made me laugh to beat the band. Parts, anyway. I didn't like seein' Donny go. But, then I happen to know that there's a little Lebowski on the way. I guess that's the way the whole durned human comedy keeps perpetuatin' itself down through the generations. Westward the wagons, across the sands of time until we - ah, look at me.
