S2 is new characters, setting and mystery. There is an easter egg from S1 and had the show not been cancelled they could have written the S1 cast into a S3 plot. That would have been interesting.

watch season 2 if you like long dragged out storylines and about 30 time jumps each episode. oh yea and annoying, cringy, and unbelievable teen dialogue. season 2 is like mean girls 2 its so bad
