For some reason I got completely different screws everything else is the same thanks for the video man!
Glad to know, that I was able to help - thanks for the positive feedback! 💖 Maybe you got a slightly improved model already ...
Thank You !
You're welcome!
Thanks, good video. Really struggling to decide on a 27inch monitor to buy, this being slightly larger looks a good choice. I'm a 60 yr plus English geezer who has just managed to buy a good mini gaming PC. But have a very limited budget but this looks like a good choice.
Thanks .... yeah it is. I'm almost in same age and also playing on a mini PC and love this monitor ;-)))
Appreciate your feedback. Doing my head trying to understand all the different spec etc. Thanks.@@allcheckout
Is there a way to change the saturation on it? I’ve messed with the presets and the user RGB but it doesn’t make the colors pop just brighter.
There's a "reset" function (2nd from right side)
Where can I plug the power cable into, I have it connected to my ps5 and am confused
I think it's shown somewhere in the video
Hello, I have a question which is does this monitor support 120hz on 2k resolution on PC?
Sorry ... IDK ... I use it on 2560 x 1440 with 170hz
Is it possible to change the computer stand for a desk-mounted one ?
Sure ... it has a standard VESA mount ;-))
My current monitor has a setting where i can push some buttons on the monitor and have a dot crosshair on my screen. Does this monitor have anything like that?
Good question. That's a weird thing. It has gaming menu with some specific gaming settings and also about 5 different type of crosshair but I can't see what I'm choosing so I have to guess or count and then press, but it's working. Just have it turned on ;-)))
Is it a good monitor? im to buy this one but im worried i read some reviews that this brand has poor warranty service
I don't know about the warranty. Still using this monitor 15 hours per day for work and gaming and love it and don't have any issues so far. Great colors, fast, no reflections ... really nothing negative so far ...
Bro if you use wired headphones to the monitor will i get audio
Yes you can use any kind of 3.5mm headphones, but not sure if it's supporting the mic - probably not ....
Do you know if I can do 1440 on a Xbox series x at 120hz or is locked
IDK
It does i got it
How do i connect my speaker to the monitor
3.5mm - see here in my video: ruclips.net/video/FNfWoWlnHaE/видео.html
Does it have sound or volume
It has volume control ... but no speakers ....
Question: does it have speakers?
No built-in speakers, but it has a 3.5mm jack where you could plug in your own speakers
is there ghosting on this screen? who leaves trails when we ignore the view?
Yes ... sorry .. there is ghosting visible ... I didn't notice that at the beginning, but still love the monitor. It's my main monitor now
Thanks I just bought it
Awesome - I hope you'll love it
I'm about to buy it, would you recommend that?
@@TRGR154 ya of course
@@lucazanti595 thx man,
Do you use it for PC?
If yes, does it support 2K quality at 120Hz?
@@TRGR154 144 tò 170 It depends on which HDMI you use
Do you know if I can do 1440 on a Xbox series x at 120hz or is locked?
Sry no idea :-(
yes the max you can run 4k 120fps on xbox series x
@@ishowturtle8247damn i thought u had to have a 4k 120 hz or above monitor to be able to run that on xbox
can this be mounted?
Yeah it has a VESA mount. It's in the video ;-))
Was thinking this might work for my PS5 as i want 120HZ/1440p but i thought HDMI 2.0 only supported up to 60hz??
Only found that: "In addition to the settings of your PlayStation 5 and a proper HDMI cable, your gaming monitor or TV is important too. This monitor or TV needs to have an HDMI 2.1 port. With this port, you can game at 120 fps up to 4K resolution" ... oh ... I see ... monitor says HDMI 2.0 ... hmmm sorry can't help. I'm using DP and PS5 doesn't have DP. Maybe HDMI to DP port adapter would help ... but IDK for sure
Hey I’m not so sure but as far as I remember HDMI 2.0 supports upto 120hz for 1440p gaming but if you want to do 4k gaming it would be locked to 60 hz unless you use a HDMI 2.1 port.
@@CruorThanks. Yes, Wikipedia confirms that you're right ;-)) i.imgur.com/lJqBDky.png
Does it raise up and down ?
unfortunately not but it's hard to find a monitor with this function anyway
How do I turn it off? The red button won’t turn it off and the light on bottom right is just flashing now that my ps5 is turned off
Hit the button from behind then move the cursor to the right side where you see "other" and there use "power off" ;-)))
Do you recommend it for PS5?
@@aslan6642 for the price it’s a solid monitor tbh I like it but I don’t know how serious you are into gaming but for price it’s worth it
Im sold
Yeah great monitor. Not a $500 monitor, but still love it. Reduced blue to 45% and brightness to 29% so I can work very very comfortable the whole day and do even some gaming after that
Does it support hdr?
Listing says "HDR10" but I don't have any experience with that
Does it have built in speakers?
No built in speaker. I'm using a Bluetooth speaker now for my PC. Yeah missing a bit the built-in speakers from my Samsung monitor which was super convenient but hey ... small sound bars are now quite cheap and can deliver exactly what you need while built-in speakers are usually a trade off regarding audio quality
can the speakers be connected to the monitor via Bluetooth? If for example I am playing a ps5 on it
@@shanksy67 No. You have to connect the speakers to PS5 directly
Can it be mounted
It has vesa mounts
Yes ... you can see the VESA mount in the video ;-)
I ordered it last question is it really good? Don’t want to waste my money
When you already ordere it then it's too late to ask ... lol. Just kidding. Yeah great monitor. Missing a bit the speakers, but it has a 3.5mm jack where you can add even better speakers than any monitor has, so I'm good with that. Love the fast reaction, color, anti reflection .... great monitor (... and my previous one was an expensive Samsung ... )
Hello, I think that the screen reached you because your comment two months ago, do you recommend me to buy it?
do u encounter any ghosting with this monitor?
Every monitor has some ghosting ... even at 170Hz ... but it's really good quality. I've checked with my son, who is an extreme gamer and PRO computer supporter and he also likes this monitor. Using it now as my main monitor. Love the very anti reflective screen and that the auto menu is not covering the windows power menu like I had it with my old Samsung curved monitor. It doesn't have speakers, but other than that top notch ;-))
My only problem is that’s it’s 170hz and not 240hz. So I’m getting like the exact same thing(with 240hz obviously) *but* 27 inches
OK .... interesting
i rather the extra size than the extra hz.
@@gersongaete1574 Same here but everybody has different expectations
@@gersongaete1574 competitive gaming wise its the other way around
Really there is not much difference between 170Hz and 240Hz
I purchased this monitor partly based on this review - it has insane ghosting man. Maybe you just don't notice it, but especially if you play games with a lot of black (like Hades, for example), you will definitely notice. It flunks the UFO ghosting test often used for monitors, and their settings to supposedly fix this don't really fix it and yet still wash out the colors entirely.
Look, the size is nice, but please tell gamers to get an IPS or a high quality VA. Now I have to return this thing. :/ Ghosting ruins the experience. If you didn't have ghosting, then I am either unlucky or you are lucky. However, since VA panels are known for ghosting, I think you are just lucky lol.
Sorry for that mistake. Of course you're right. There is some ghosting here like most monitors have ... even some expensive ones at 240hz ... but i you need something with zero ghosting (if such thing even exists ...) then you need something else. Sorry again. BTW I removed the respective part now from this video. I hope this helps.
Does it support hdmi 2.1?
Officially says "HDMI 2.0 x2 / Displayport x1 / Audio out x1" ... hence I guess ... no
it does not, but it doesnt need to, HDMI 2.0 is enough for 1440p 170hz. You can use the hdmi 2.1 on this one though, itll just not use the extra badnwidth
Does this support PS5 ?
It does and it runs good
yeah sure
@@hezekiahwatson8384 So should i buy this for my ps5? Someone was saying it had flickering due to va panel? Did you notice any flickering issues? Don't know if the person was talking about ps5 or pc
This guy thinks he is the terminator
In fact I'm his brother .... lol ... just kidding ... 🤣🤣🤣
Do you know if I can do 1440 on a Xbox series x at 120hz or is locked?
IDK ... there are so many different Xbox consoles. But the monitor is really great. It's my main monitor now and I love it.
have u got the answer for this yet ?
Sorry no answer
Do you know if I can do 1440 on a Xbox series x at 120hz or is locked?
IDK
Yes just make sure variable refresh rate (vrr) is turned on is your display setting and it’s on hdmi on auto detect sometimes it might give you issues
